औचक छापामारी में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग सख्त, अखाद्य रंग के कारण खाद्य सामग्री नष्ट- नियम उल्लंघन पर कार्रवाई

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने जिला मुख्यालय एवं आसपास के इलाकों के विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों पर औचक निरीक्षण और छापामारी अभियान चलाया गया। शीतकालीन मौसम को देखते हुए इस अभियान का उद्देश्य बाजार में बिकने वाली खाद्य सामग्री की गुणवत्ता और स्वच्छता सुनिश्चित करना तथा उपभोक्ताओं की सुरक्षा बनाए रखना था। निरीक्षण के दौरान होटल जयपुर, साबू ब्रदर्स, अनिल चाट भंडार, होटल चंद्रानी, जयसवाल ढाबा और हरियाली ढाबा एंड रेस्टोरेंट का निरीक्षण किया गया। अनिल चाट भंडार में छोले के नमूने में अखाद्य रंग पाए जाने के कारण सामग्री को मौके पर ही नष्ट कर दिया गया, खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने सभी प्रतिष्ठानों को निर्देश दिया कि वैध एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस प्रदर्शित करें, पेयजल की शुद्धता का नियमित परीक्षण कराएं, कर्मचारियों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण और प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र अद्यतन रखें तथा रसोई और भंडारण क्षेत्र में पूर्ण स्वच्छता बनाए रखें। निरीक्षण के दौरान कोटपा अधिनियम 2003 के उल्लंघन पर 500 रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया। साथ ही चार प्रतिष्ठानों से वार्षिक रिटर्न विलंब से जमा करने पर 61,000 रुपये की राशि ऑनलाइन ली गई।खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने उपभोक्ताओं से अपील की कि किसी भी प्रतिष्ठान में मिलावटी या अस्वच्छ भोजन मिलने पर ‘फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट’ ऐप के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज करें ताकि त्वरित कार्रवाई की जा सके। विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया कि खाद्य गुणवत्ता पर कोई समझौता नहीं होगा और मिलावट पाए जाने पर कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई तथा लाइसेंस निलंबन की जाएगी। यह अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा।
