गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिले के सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों के लिए स्पष्ट निर्देश जारी किए हैं कि हर नागरिक को उसके जरूरी दस्तावेज बिना किसी देरी के उपलब्ध कराए जाएँ। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के लोगों को जन्म–मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आधार या पेंशन से जुड़े कागज़ों के लिए परेशान न होना पड़े। उपायुक्त का कहना है कि “हमारे लोगों के जरूरी दस्तावेजों में देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए। जनजातीय कल्याण की दिशा में तेज़ और संवेदनशील होकर काम करना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है।”
इन्हीं निर्देशों का असर आज डुमरी और रायडीह प्रखंड में स्पष्ट दिखा। दोनों प्रखंडों में सुबह आए नागरिकों को उसी दिन उनके जन्म प्रमाण पत्र सौंप दिए गए।
रायडीह में 7 बच्चों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र तत्काल निर्गत किए गए, जबकि डुमरी में भी सात बच्चियों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी ने आज ही उन्होंने सौंपा । तेज़ प्रक्रिया देख परिवारों के चेहरों पर संतोष और राहत साफ झलक रही थी।
प्रशासन की यह कोशिश है कि जिले के हर प्रखंड में विशेष रूप से जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र से जुड़े दस्तावेज 1–2 दिनों के भीतर लोगों को मिल जाएँ, ताकि किसी भी योजना या सुविधा से जुड़ने में देरी न हो। कई प्रखंडों में इसका सीधा लाभ मिलना शुरू भी हो गया है।
उपायुक्त ने नागरिकों से अपील की है कि जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र समय पर अवश्य बनवा लें। साथ ही यह भी आश्वस्त किया गया है कि यदि किसी प्रखंड में देरी या लापरवाही होती है, तो लोग सीधे उपायुक्त कार्यालय आकर इसकी जानकारी दे सकते हैं। प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि हर नागरिक को समय पर और बिना परेशानी के सेवा मिले।
