गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर मंगलवार को खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम ने गुमला बिरसा मुंडा एग्रो पार्क के समक्ष विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में औचक निरीक्षण किया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान टीम ने डुप्लीकेट सॉस, अखाद्य रंग तथा पनीर की गुणवत्ता की जाँच की। कई दुकानों में मिलावट या मानक-विरुद्ध सामग्री के उपयोग की आशंका पाई गई, जिसके लिए संबंधित दुकानदारों को तुरंत सुधार करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
टीम ने सभी दुकानदारों को यह भी सख्त निर्देश दिया कि
खाद्य सामग्री पर न्यूज़पेपर का प्रयोग न करें
डुप्लीकेट रंग और डुप्लीकेट सॉस का उपयोग तुरंत बंद करें
सभी स्टॉल में फ्रंट प्लास्टिक शीट, एप्रन, हेडगियर, ढक्कन एवं डस्टबिन अनिवार्य रूप से उपलब्ध रखें
टीम ने स्पष्ट कहा कि मानक-विरुद्ध सामग्री का उपयोग उपभोक्ताओं के स्वास्थ्य के लिए गंभीर खतरा उत्पन्न कर सकता है।
खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि भविष्य में इन निर्देशों का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर संबंधित प्रतिष्ठानों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
