निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं द्वारा बिशुनपुर प्रखंड कार्यालय एवं क्षेत्र का निरीक्षण, आवश्यक निर्देश जारी

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज मंगलवार को निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्व-नियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा गुमला द्वारा प्रखंड बिशुनपुर के प्रखंड कार्यालय, बिशुनपुर का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में पेंशन, आधार केंद्र एवं अन्य कक्षों का स्थलीय अवलोकन किया गया। निदेशक ने निर्देश दिया कि पेंशन, आधार तथा अन्य सेवाओं से संबंधित कार्यों में किसी भी आवेदक को अनावश्यक परेशानी न हो तथा सभी कार्यों का निष्पादन समयसीमा के भीतर सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

इसके पश्चात बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारी, बिशुनपुर के कार्यालय का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान आधार लिंक करवाने हेतु उपस्थित लाभार्थी माताओं से वार्ता कर आवश्यक जानकारी प्राप्त की गई। निदेशक ने निर्देशित किया कि आधार लिंक से संबंधित लंबित कार्यों को नियमानुसार शीघ्र पूर्ण किया जाए, ताकि लाभार्थियों को योजनाओं का लाभ निर्बाध रूप से प्राप्त हो सके।

कार्यालय निरीक्षण के क्रम में उपस्थिति पंजी की जांच की गई, जिसमें अनुपस्थित पाए गए कर्मियों की उपस्थिति काटी गई। प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, बिशुनपुर को अनुपस्थित कर्मियों से स्पष्टीकरण प्राप्त करने हेतु निर्देश दिया गया।

निरीक्षण के बाद निदेशक ने बिशुनपुर प्रखंड अंतर्गत पंचायत बनारी के ग्राम अंकुरी एवं अंकुरी दाढ़टोली का भ्रमण किया, जहां शर्मा उरांव, राजेश उरांव, कर्मा उरांव एवं अर्जुन लकड़ा द्वारा एक-एक एकड़ में किए गए पौधरोपण का अवलोकन किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान संबंधित व्यक्तियों को पौधों की नियमित पटवन व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने एवं क्षतिग्रस्त घेराबंदी की शीघ्र मरम्मती करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

निदेशक ने कहा कि विकास कार्यों की प्रगति एवं जनसेवाओं की सुगमता प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है तथा इस दिशा में जिला प्रशासन निरंतर संलग्न है।
