नागफेनी एवं एनएच-43 क्षेत्र में अवैध बालू भंडारण पर छापामारी, भारी मात्रा में बालू जब्त

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अन्तर्गत स्थित नागफेनी क्षेत्र में आज बुधवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा अवैध बालू उत्खनन एवं भंडारण के विरुद्ध विशेष अभियान चलाया गया। अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला के नेतृत्व में अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, खान निरीक्षक, थाना प्रभारी सिसई थाना, अंचल राजस्व उप निरीक्षक एवं सशस्त्र बल की टीम ने नागफेनी एवं उसके आसपास के क्षेत्रों में व्यापक छापामारी की।

अभियान की शुरुआत पूर्वाह्न 11:30 बजे की गई। निरीक्षण के दौरान पाया गया कि नागफेनी मौजा, नागफेनी रापुटोली तथा एनएच-43 नागफेनी पुल के पास रांची–गुमला मुख्य मार्ग की बायीं ओर पुराने रोड पर कई स्थलों पर अवैध रूप से भारी मात्रा में बालू का भंडारण किया गया था।

जांच में यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि नागफेनी क्षेत्र के कई हिस्सों—मुख्य रूप से नागफेनी गांव, रापुटोली टोला, एनएच-43 के किनारे पुराने मार्ग तथा नागफेनी पुल के आसपास—अवैध रूप से हजारों घनफीट बालू जमा किया गया था। विभिन्न स्थानों पर लगभग 700 घनफीट से 4000 घनफीट तक बालू का अवैध भंडारण पाया गया।

प्रशासनिक टीम द्वारा सभी स्थानों पर बालू की जब्ती प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी गई है। खनन विभाग एवं राजस्व टीम द्वारा मात्रा का सटीक निर्धारण तथा आगे की विधिक प्रक्रिया की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला ने बताया कि अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन पर रोक लगाने के लिए जिला प्रशासन लगातार कार्रवाई कर रहा है। अवैध गतिविधियों से न केवल राजस्व की हानि होती है, बल्कि पर्यावरण को भी गंभीर नुकसान पहुंचता है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे मामलों में किसी भी प्रकार की रियायत नहीं दी जाएगी और दोषियों के विरुद्ध खान एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण अधिनियमों के तहत कठोर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

जिला प्रशासन ने आमजन से अपील की है कि अवैध खनन या भंडारण की सूचना तुरंत स्थानीय प्रशासन तक पहुंचाएं, जिससे समय पर कार्रवाई कर प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का संरक्षण किया जा सके।
