आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारियों को लेकर जिला शिक्षा विभाग की बैठक, उपायुक्त ने केंद्रों की व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आज जिला शिक्षा विभाग की बैठक उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए परीक्षा केंद्रों से संबंधित विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए गए। उपायुक्त ने सभी विद्यालयों एवं निर्धारित परीक्षा केंद्रों में बेंच–डेस्क, स्वच्छता, पेयजल, प्रकाश व्यवस्था तथा अन्य प्राथमिक सुविधाओं को दुरुस्त करने के स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर वास्तविक स्थिति का आकलन करने तथा आवश्यक सुधार कार्यों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि परीक्षार्थियों को किसी भी प्रकार की कठिनाई का सामना न करना पड़े और परीक्षा शांतिपूर्ण एवं व्यवस्थित वातावरण में संपन्न हो सके।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

उपायुक्त ने परीक्षा तैयारियों को लेकर सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को सतर्कता एवं गंभीरता से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
