रायडीह प्रखंड के पंचायत स्तरीय शिविरों का DRDA निदेशक ने किया निरीक्षण, अंचल अधिकारी से स्पष्टीकरण तलब

गुमला: गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण (DRDA) के निदेशक ने आपकी योजना–आपकी सरकार–आपके द्वार कार्यक्रम के तहत रायडीह प्रखंड में आयोजित पंचायत स्तरीय शिविरों का निरीक्षण किया।
निदेशक ने कांसीर और ऊपरखटंगा पंचायत में चल रहे शिविरों में भाग लेकर विभिन्न सेवाओं की स्थिति का जायजा लिया।

जिले में 21 से 28 नवंबर 2025 तक सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह मनाया जा रहा है, जिसके तहत सभी प्रखंडों में पंचायत स्तर पर शिविर आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं।

सेवाओं से जुड़े स्टॉलों का विस्तृत अवलोकन

निरीक्षण के दौरान निदेशक ने निम्न सेवाओं से संबंधित लगाए गए स्टॉलों का निरीक्षण किया—

• जाति, आवासीय, आय प्रमाण पत्र
• जन्म–मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र
• राशन कार्ड
• दाखिल–खारिज
• भूमि नापी
• भूमि धारण से जुड़ी सेवाएँ

निदेशक ने शिविर में उपस्थित आवेदकों से बातचीत कर दी जा रही सेवाओं की उपलब्धता, गति और समस्याओं की जानकारी ली। साथ ही, उपस्थित अधिकारियों-कर्मियों को सेवाओं के सुचारू संचालन के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

अंचल अधिकारी अनुपस्थित, स्पष्टीकरण तलब

निरीक्षण के दौरान यह पाया गया कि निर्धारित समय तक अंचल अधिकारी रायडीह दोनों पंचायतों में आयोजित शिविरों में उपस्थित नहीं थे।
सरकारी महत्वाकांक्षी कार्यक्रम में इस तरह की अनुपस्थिति को कर्तव्यहीनता, अरुचि और स्वेच्छाचारिता माना गया है।

इस पर DRDA निदेशक द्वारा अंचल अधिकारी से स्पष्टीकरण (Show Cause) माँगा गया है।
