सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह: वरीय अधिकारियों ने शिविरों का किया निरीक्षण, अब तक 13,235 आवेदन प्राप्त

गुमला: राज्य सरकार के रजत पर्व के अवसर पर आयोजित सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह के तहत गुमला जिले में “आपकी योजना–आपकी सरकार–आपके द्वार” कार्यक्रम पूरे सक्रियता के साथ जारी है।
21 नवंबर से 28 नवंबर 2025 तक चल रहे इस विशेष अभियान में अब तक 13,235 आवेदन विभिन्न सेवाओं हेतु प्राप्त किए जा चुके हैं।

जिलेभर में वरीय अधिकारियों का निरीक्षण

उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर 24 नवंबर 2025 को वरीय अधिकारियों ने जिले के अलग-अलग प्रखंडों में आयोजित शिविरों का व्यापक निरीक्षण किया।
आज कुल 29 पंचायतों और 6 वार्डों में शिविर लगाए गए।

• उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने घाघरा प्रखंड के आदर, चूंदरी, नवाडीह पंचायतों तथा चैनपुर प्रखंड के बर्वेनगर पंचायत में आयोजित शिविरों का निरीक्षण किया।
• अपर समाहर्ता शाशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक ने चैनपुर प्रखंड के बिन्दोरा पंचायत में आयोजित शिविर का जायजा लिया।

इसके साथ ही सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों और अंचल अधिकारियों ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में आयोजित शिविरों की व्यवस्था, सेवाओं की उपलब्धता और नागरिक सुविधा की स्थिति की समीक्षा की।

ऑन-द-स्पॉट सेवाएँ एवं आवेदन स्वीकार

निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने शिविरों में प्रदान की जा रही विभिन्न सेवाओं का अवलोकन किया। शिविरों में निम्नलिखित सेवाओं के लिए मौके पर ही आवेदन लिए गए—

• जाति, आय, स्थानीय निवासी प्रमाण पत्र
• जन्म–मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र
• सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन
• राशन कार्ड
• भूमि से संबंधित सेवाएँ
• योजनाओं से जुड़ी अन्य सेवाएँ

कई शिकायतों का वहीं समाधान किया गया तथा प्राप्त आवेदन, समाधान प्रतियाँ और दस्तावेजों को पोर्टल पर अपलोड कर सेवा प्रदान की प्रक्रिया को अधिक पारदर्शी बनाया गया। कुछ शिविरों में लाभुकों के बीच परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण भी किया गया, जिससे नागरिकों में संतोष देखा गया।
