गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की कार्रवाई, कई प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण

गुमला: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम ने सोमवार को शहर के विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों और किराना दुकानों में व्यापक निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान टीम ने दुकानों में रखे खाद्य पदार्थों के स्टोरेज, पैकेजिंग, एक्सपायरी तिथि और स्वच्छता व्यवस्था की गहन जांच की। दुकानदारों को साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने और एक्सपायरी तथा बिना लेबल वाले उत्पादों की बिक्री बंद करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

अभियान के क्रम में श्री लक्ष्मी सुपर मार्ट, डीएसपी रोड से रिफाइंड सोयाबीन तेल का सैंपल लिया गया, जिसे जांच के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया है। लैब रिपोर्ट आने के बाद संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान पर आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने बताया कि बाजार में मिलावटी व मानक-विरुद्ध खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री रोकने के लिए ऐसे अभियान नियमित रूप से जारी रहेंगे। उपभोक्ताओं से भी अपील की गई कि खाद्य सामग्री खरीदते समय एक्सपायरी डेट, लेबल और गुणवत्ता चिह्न अवश्य जांचें।

अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि नियमों का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर जुर्माना से लेकर लाइसेंस रद्द करने तक की कार्रवाई संभव है।
