गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार आज दिनांक 24 नवंबर 2025 को नगर परिषद, गुमला द्वारा शहरी क्षेत्र में अतिक्रमण मुक्ति अभियान संचालित किया गया। अभियान का संचालन नगर परिषद के नेतृत्व में किया गया, जिसके तहत विशेष रूप से पालकोट रोड क्षेत्र में अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई की गई।
अभियान के दौरान ऐसे सभी दुकानदारों एवं फुटपाथ पर व्यवसाय करने वालों पर कार्रवाई की गई जिन्होंने दुकान की निर्धारित सीमा से बाहर सामान रखा था। अतिक्रमण पाए जाने पर ऑन स्पॉट जुर्माना वसूलते हुए अतिक्रमण हटाया गया। साथ ही दुकान में प्रतिबंधित प्लास्टिक सामग्री रखने वाले, तथा निर्धारित अनुसार डस्टबिन नहीं रखने वाले दुकानदारों पर भी जुर्माना लगाया गया।
शहर के कई स्थानों पर कंस्ट्रक्शन एवं डिमोलिशन वेस्ट (C&D Waste) पाए जाने पर संबंधित व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई करते हुए जुर्माना वसूला गया तथा उचित नोटिस जारी किया गया।
अभियान के दौरान कुल 11 दुकानदारों से ऑन स्पॉट फाइन वसूला गया एवं 147 पैकेट प्रतिबंधित प्लास्टिक ग्लास एवं कप तथा 1 किलोग्राम प्लास्टिक कैरीबैग जब्त किए गए। साथ ही दुकानदारों को स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी गई कि शहर को अतिक्रमण मुक्त एवं स्वच्छ रखने में सहयोग करें, अन्यथा कड़ी कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।
