सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह: पंचायत सिलम शिविर का निदेशक द्वारा निरीक्षण, बड़ी संख्या में लाभुक हुए लाभान्वित

गुमला, 26 नवंबर:
झारखंड सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी पहल “आपकी योजना–आपकी सरकार–आपके द्वार” के तहत मनाए जा रहे सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह (21–28 नवंबर 2025) के क्रम में बुधवार को प्रखंड रायडीह की पंचायत सिलम में आयोजित शिविर का निरीक्षण निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्व-नियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, गुमला द्वारा किया गया। यह निरीक्षण उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर किया गया।

शिविर में लगाए गए मुख्य सेवा स्टॉल—

• जाति, आवासीय, आय प्रमाण पत्र
• जन्म/मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र
• राशन कार्ड
• दाखिल-खारिज, भूमि नापी एवं भूमि धारण
  आदि का विस्तृत अवलोकन किया गया। निदेशक ने ग्रामीणों से बातचीत कर उनकी समस्याओं और आवेदन की प्रगति की जानकारी ली एवं उपस्थित कर्मियों को सेवा वितरण को और बेहतर बनाने के निर्देश दिए।

ग्रामीणों की भारी भागीदारी, ऑन-द-स्पॉट निपटान

निरीक्षण के दौरान यह पाया गया कि शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में लाभुक पहुंचकर आवेदन दर्ज करा रहे हैं। कई मामलों का तत्काल निपटान भी किया जा रहा है। निदेशक ने निर्देश दिया कि—

• प्राप्त आवेदनों एवं शिकायतों की प्रतिदिन अद्यतन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की जाए।
• जिन आवेदनों का निष्पादन शिविर में संभव नहीं है, उन्हें निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर पूरा कराया जाए।

शिविर में हुई प्रमुख उपलब्धियाँ

• जन्म/मृत्यु/जाति/आय से संबंधित 6 प्रमाण पत्र जारी
• स्वास्थ्य शिविर में 97 ग्रामीणों की जांच
• 48 KYC मामलों का निष्पादन
• 33 जॉब कार्ड का नवीनीकरण
• 27 नए जॉब कार्ड जारी

जिला प्रशासन की अपील

जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों से आग्रह किया है कि सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह के अंतर्गत आयोजित शिविरों में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में शामिल होकर विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाओं एवं योजनाओं का लाभ उठाएं।
