जारी प्रखंड के सुदूरवर्ती मंगरूतला टोला पहुँची उपायुक्त, ग्रामीणों की समस्याएँ सुनीं; 60 से अधिक लाभुकों को मिला योजनाओं का लाभ

गुमला: जिले के सुदूरवर्ती इलाकों तक शासन की पहुँच सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित बुधवार को जारी प्रखंड के जरडा पंचायत स्थित नवाटोली ग्राम के मंगरूतला टोला पहुँचीं। लगभग तीन किलोमीटर पैदल चलकर उपायुक्त ने 28 परिवारों वाले इस टोले में ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं को जमीन पर जाकर समझा। यहाँ लगभग 130 की आबादी में अधिकतर खरवार समुदाय के लोग रहते हैं, जबकि कुछ परिवार पीवीटीजी समुदाय के भी हैं।

ग्रामीणों द्वारा हाल ही में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में रखी गई समस्याओं को देखते हुए उपायुक्त ने स्वयं मौके पर पहुँचने का निर्णय लिया था। दौरे से पहले सभी परिवारों का सर्वे कराया गया, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि कौन-कौन सी योजनाओं का लाभ अभी तक नहीं मिल पाया है।

विशेष शिविर का आयोजन, स्वास्थ्य–आधार–राशन कार्ड से लेकर प्रमाण पत्र वितरण तक

उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर विभिन्न विभागों ने गाँव में विशेष शिविर लगाया, जिसमें—

• आयुष्मान कार्ड,
• राशन कार्ड संशोधन,
• आधार अपडेट,
• स्वास्थ्य जांच,
• जॉब कार्ड,
• जाति, आय एवं आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र,
• पशुधन विकास योजना,
• बीज वितरण,
• धोती-साड़ी,
• कंबल वितरण जैसी सेवाएँ प्रदान की गईं।

शिविर में 60 से अधिक ग्रामीणों को सीधे-सीधे योजनाओं का लाभ मिला।

आवागमन, बिजली-पानी और शिक्षा सुधार के लिए दिए निर्देश

दौरे के दौरान उपायुक्त ने मंगरूतला तक पहुँचने वाले मार्ग का निरीक्षण कर आवागमन की कठिनाइयों को समझा। उन्होंने डीएमएफटी फंड से पीसीसी और मोरम डालकर मार्ग को तुरंत बेहतर बनाने का निर्देश दिया।

• आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र की कमी पर सेविका को सप्ताह में दो दिन टोले में सेवा देने का आदेश
• बिजली और पानी से वंचित 5–7 घरों में जल्द सुविधा पहुँचाने का निर्देश
• मध्य विद्यालय की स्थिति सुधारने के लिए अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आदेश
• प्रत्येक माह स्वास्थ्य शिविर आयोजित करने का निर्देश

हॉर्टिकल्चर विभाग द्वारा ग्रामीणों को मशरूम उत्पादन सहित आधुनिक कृषि तकनीकों का प्रशिक्षण भी दिया गया।

महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य पर विशेष जोर, लगाए 30 से अधिक सहजन के पौधे

उपायुक्त ने महिलाओं से हीमोग्लोबिन स्तर बढ़ाने के लिए भोजन में हरी सब्जियों और विशेष रूप से सहजन (मूंगा साग) शामिल करने की अपील की। स्वास्थ्य संवर्द्धन की पहल के तहत उन्होंने स्वयं गांव में 30 से अधिक सहजन के पौधे लगाए और इसे पोषण का बेहतरीन स्रोत बताते हुए दैनिक भोजन में शामिल करने को कहा।

अधिकारियों के संयुक्त प्रयासों की सराहना

अंत में उपायुक्त ने जारी प्रखंड के बीडीओ, सीओ और अन्य अधिकारियों के प्रयासों की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि टीमवर्क के माध्यम से सुनिश्चित किया गया कि मंगरूतला टोला के प्रत्येक परिवार तक सरकारी योजनाएं पहुँचे।

इस अवसर पर जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, कृषि पदाधिकारी, पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, हॉर्टिकल्चर पदाधिकारी, स्वास्थ्य टीम, आयुष्मान समन्वयक, सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग के प्रतिनिधि सहित कई अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
