गुमला में स्ट्रीट फूड वेंडर्स के लिए FoSTaC प्रशिक्षण, 100 से अधिक विक्रेताओं ने लिया हिस्सा

गुमला: शहर में बेचे जा रहे स्ट्रीट फूड की गुणवत्ता और स्वच्छता मानकों को मजबूत बनाने के उद्देश्य से बुधवार को FoSTaC (फूड सेफ्टी ट्रेनिंग एंड सर्टिफिकेशन) कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार अभिहित अधिकारी-सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के मार्गदर्शन में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के नेतृत्व में यह प्रशिक्षण संपन्न हुआ।

कार्यक्रम में ट्रेनिंग पार्टनर शिक्षा एवं कल्याण समिति के प्रशिक्षक शिव प्रजापति ने 100 से अधिक स्ट्रीट फूड वेंडर्स को खाद्य सुरक्षा से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियाँ दीं।
विशेष जोर दिया गया—

• ढक्कन युक्त डस्टबिन का उपयोग
• एप्रन, मास्क और ग्लव्स पहनने
• साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन
  इन सभी का现场 डेमो भी दिया गया।

प्रशिक्षण में वेंडर्स को व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता, दुकान एवं उपकरणों की सफाई, खाद्य सामग्री का सुरक्षित भंडारण, पेयजल की शुद्धता, कीटाणु नियंत्रण, नियमित परीक्षण आदि विषयों पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 2006 एवं नियमावली 2011 की भी विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की गई।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि यह प्रशिक्षण न केवल वेंडर्स की आजीविका के लिए, बल्कि उपभोक्ताओं के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा के लिए भी बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है। स्ट्रीट फूड की गुणवत्ता में सुधार से खाद्य जनित बीमारियों की रोकथाम संभव होगी।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान तंबाकू निषेध पदाधिकारी वंदना स्मिता होरो ने तंबाकू और उसके उत्पादों से होने वाले नुकसान, बीमारियों और बचाव के उपायों के बारे में बताया। कोटपा कानून के नियमों का पालन करने और तंबाकू सेवन से दूरी बनाने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया गया।

इसी क्रम में नगर निगम, गुमला की ओर से वेंडर्स को “प्लास्टिक मुक्त गुमला” की शपथ दिलाई गई। कार्यक्रम के अंत में प्रतिभागियों के बीच जागरूकता सामग्री का वितरण किया गया और प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ।
