भारतीय संविधान दिवस पर गुमला में सामूहिक शपथ ग्रहण, लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के प्रति निष्ठा का संकल्प

गुमला: भारतीय संविधान दिवस के अवसर पर बुधवार, 26 नवंबर 2025 को गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार में सामूहिक शपथ ग्रहण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक ने की। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों और कर्मियों को संविधान की प्रस्तावना का सामूहिक वाचन कराते हुए भारत को संपूर्ण प्रभुत्व-संपन्न, समाजवादी, पंथ-निरपेक्ष, लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य बनाए रखने का संकल्प दिलाया।

शपथ में सभी नागरिकों के लिए सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक न्याय सुनिश्चित करने, विचार–अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता बनाए रखने, तथा प्रतिष्ठा और अवसर की समता को सर्वोपरि रखने का आग्रह किया गया।

जिले के सभी अनुमंडल, प्रखंड मुख्यालयों, विभिन्न विभागीय कार्यालयों और संस्थानों में भी संविधान दिवस पर इसी प्रकार शपथ ग्रहण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों ने सामूहिक रूप से संविधान के प्रति अपनी निष्ठा दोहराई और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों को सर्वोच्च रखने की प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की।

इस अवसर पर संविधान निर्माताओं को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हुए संदेश दिया गया कि संविधान केवल एक दस्तावेज नहीं, बल्कि देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक के अधिकारों और राष्ट्र की एकता-अखंडता का आधार है।
