गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में जल संसाधनों की उपलब्धता एवं सिंचाई संरचनाओं के वैज्ञानिक प्रबंधन को सुदृढ़ करने के उद्देश्य से आज टाउन हॉल, गुमला में सप्तम लघु सिंचाई गणना, दूसरी जल निकाय गणना एवं प्रथम स्प्रिंग्स गणना हेतु प्रशिक्षण-सह-कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन माइनर इरीगेशन कार्यपालक अभियंता रवि कुमार गुमला द्वारा किया गया।
कार्यक्रम में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में तथा डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे।
अपर समाहर्ता गुमला ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि यह गणना केवल एक सांख्यिकीय प्रक्रिया नहीं, बल्कि किसानों की आजीविका एवं ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से संचालित एक राष्ट्रीय अभियान है। उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि कार्य हेतु जल की उपलब्धता हमारे विकास का मूल आधार है, और इसी वैज्ञानिक सर्वे के माध्यम से जल स्रोतों की वास्तविक स्थिति का सटीक आकलन संभव होगा, जिससे भविष्य की योजनाओं को अधिक प्रभावी बनाया जा सकेगा।
डीसीएलआर गुमला ने कहा कि सर्वेक्षण कार्य मोबाइल ऐप आधारित डिजिटल प्रणाली के माध्यम से किया जाएगा, जिसमें सिंचाई संरचनाओं का भौतिक सत्यापन एवं डेटा संकलन पूरी गंभीरता एवं शुद्धता के साथ किया जाना आवश्यक है।
इस कार्यशाला में गुमला, घाघरा, भरनो, विशुनपुर, रायडीह, सिसई, बसिया, कमडारा, पालकोट, चैनपुर, अल्बर्ट एक्का (जारी) एवं डुमरी प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। उन्हें लघु सिंचाई संरचनाओं जैसे तालाब, जलाशय, चेक डैम, नलकूप, स्प्रिंग्स आदि की वास्तविक स्थिति, जलस्तर, उपयोगिता एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मापदंडों के आधार पर सर्वेक्षण करने की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की गई।
