गुमलाः भारत की आगामी जनगणना–2027 की तैयारी के तहत गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा संचालित पूर्व परीक्षण कार्य सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर लिया गया है। इस महत्वपूर्ण प्रारंभिक चरण के लिए गुमला प्रखंड के 20 ग्रामों का चयन किया गया था, जिनमें कुल 50 मकान अनुसूची ब्लॉक निर्धारित किए गए। मकान सूचीकरण एवं मकान गणना का कार्य 10 नवंबर से 30 दिसंबर तक आयोजित किया जाना निर्धारित था।
इस प्रक्रिया के लिए 30 प्रगणक और 8 पर्यवेक्षक नियुक्त किए गए थे। इसके साथ ही जनगणना निदेशालय, झारखंड द्वारा फील्ड ट्रेनरों की तैनाती की गई, जो डिजिटल ऐप आधारित कार्यप्रणाली (DLM एवं HLO ऐप) के माध्यम से तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन प्रदान कर रहे थे। जनगणना निदेशालय के पदाधिकारी राजा शंकर ठाकुर, संजीव कुमार मांझी, आकाश वाजपेयी और ज्ञान द्वारा सभी प्रगणकों और पर्यवेक्षकों को डिजिटल तकनीक एवं प्रक्रिया से संबंधित आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।
कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद चार्ज पदाधिकारी–सह–प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं जनगणना पदाधिकारी गुमला अशोक कुमार चोपड़ा ने सभी प्रगणकों एवं पर्यवेक्षकों को कार्य विरमित कर दिया। साथ ही यह निर्देश भी दिया कि DLM एवं HLO ऐप को आगामी निर्देश तक अनइंस्टॉल नहीं किया जाए, ताकि आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अद्यतन कार्यवाही आसानी से की जा सके।
इस पूर्व परीक्षण अभियान को सफल बनाने में जनगणना कोषांग के कर्मियों ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। जिला सांख्यिकी पदाधिकारी गुमला एवं उनके कार्यालय के कर्मियों ने भी लगातार सहयोग प्रदान किया। साथ ही भारत सरकार के महानिबंधक कार्यालय से प्रतिनियुक्त पर्यवेक्षकों द्वारा पूरे कार्य का अवलोकन किया गया, जिससे प्रक्रिया की गुणवत्ता और भी सुनिश्चित हुई।
