नियमों के उल्लंघन पर गुमला प्रशासन सख्त, ऑक्सब्रिज आर.पी. विद्यालय डुमरडीह पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज

गुमलाः ऑक्सब्रिज आर.पी. विद्यालय, डुमरडीह के एक छात्र के वाहन दुर्घटना में गंभीर रूप से घायल होने की घटना पर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए इसे गंभीर मामला माना। घटना के बाद की गई जांच में विद्यालय में कई अनियमितताएँ सामने आने पर उपायुक्त ने विद्यालय प्रबंधन के विरुद्ध भारतीय न्याय संहिता की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराने और आवश्यक विधिक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा 24 नवंबर 2025 को विद्यालय की की गई जांच में कई चौंकाने वाली कमियाँ उजागर हुईं। विद्यालय में नर्सरी से कक्षा 8 तक कुल 353 विद्यार्थी अध्ययनरत हैं। अभिभावकों से नर्सरी से यूकेजी तक ₹550, कक्षा 1 से 4 तक ₹600 और कक्षा 5 से 8 तक ₹650 मासिक शुल्क वसूला जा रहा था, लेकिन इसके बदले किसी भी प्रकार की शुल्क रसीद उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जाती थी, जो स्पष्ट रूप से वित्तीय अनियमितता को दर्शाता है।

विद्यालय द्वारा प्रस्तुत ट्रस्ट संबंधी दस्तावेजों में विद्यालय संचालन का कोई स्पष्ट विवरण नहीं मिला। विद्यालय के पास आय-व्यय से जुड़े किसी भी अभिलेख की उपलब्धता नहीं पाई गई। जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि विद्यालय के पास RTE Act के अनुरूप कोई वैध मान्यता नहीं है। झारखंड सरकार की गजट अधिसूचना संख्या 313 (14.05.2011) एवं अधिसूचना संख्या 629 (25.04.2019) के अनुसार निजी विद्यालयों के लिए पर्याप्त भूमि सहित RTE मानकों का अनुपालन अनिवार्य है, परंतु विद्यालय इन मानकों को पूरा करने में असफल पाया गया।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने कहा कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा, अधिकारों एवं शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। उन्होंने अभिभावकों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि विद्यालयों का चयन करते समय उनकी वैध मान्यता एवं विधिक स्थिति की जांच अवश्य करें।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने विद्यालय प्रबंधन के खिलाफ आवश्यक विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है और आगे भी इस मामले में कठोर कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
