जिला समाहरणालय में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, उप विकास आयुक्त ने सुनीं नागरिकों की समस्याएँ

गुमला। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिला समाहरणालय चांदली, गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने की। इस दौरान जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और दूर-दराज़ ग्रामीण इलाकों से बड़ी संख्या में नागरिक पहुंचे और अपनी समस्याएँ एवं आवेदन उप विकास आयुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में विभिन्न प्रकार की समस्याएँ दर्ज हुईं, जिनमें प्रमुख रूप से—

• भूमि विवाद, म्यूटेशन और राजस्व संबंधी प्रकरण
• पेंशन से जुड़े मामले
• प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना और अन्य लाभुक योजनाओं से संबंधित आवेदन
• श्रम एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं से जुड़े मुद्दे
• धोखाधड़ी एवं पारिवारिक विवाद
• पैन, राशन कार्ड और आधार लिंकिंग से जुड़ी समस्याएँ
• स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रशासनिक अवरोध और सुविधा उपलब्धता से संबंधित आवेदन

उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी आवेदकों की समस्याएँ ध्यानपूर्वक सुनीं और संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि सभी प्रकरणों का त्वरित एवं पारदर्शी निपटारा सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि गंभीर और लंबित मामलों की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की जाए तथा समाधान प्रक्रिया में संवेदनशीलता और जवाबदेही का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को यह भी निर्देशित किया कि जनहित से जुड़े मामलों में संवेदनशील रवैया अपनाते हुए आम नागरिकों को समयबद्ध सहायता उपलब्ध कराएं, ताकि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का मुख्य उद्देश्य—नागरिकों की समस्याओं का प्रभावी और त्वरित समाधान—सफलतापूर्वक प्राप्त किया जा सके।
