गुमला प्रशासन ने धान अधिप्राप्ति प्रक्रिया सुदृढ़ करने हेतु प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया

गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर खाद्य, सार्वजनिक वितरण एवं उपभोक्ता विभाग द्वारा बुधवार को जिला समाहरणालय के सभागार से वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से धान अधिप्राप्ति योजना से जुड़े सभी हितधारकों के लिए एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य आगामी अधिप्राप्ति सत्र को सुचारू, पारदर्शी और किसान-हितैषी बनाना है।

किसान पंजीयन और लैम्पस निगरानी पर विशेष बल

प्रशिक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी प्रखंडों में अधिक से अधिक किसानों का पंजीयन सुनिश्चित किया जाए तथा प्रत्येक लैम्पस केंद्र पर सरकारी कर्मियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति अनिवार्य रूप से की जाए। अधिप्राप्ति से जुड़े दस्तावेजीकरण, सत्यापन, परिवहन और भंडारण संबंधी दिशानिर्देशों को भी विस्तारपूर्वक समझाया गया।

भुगतान प्रणाली में बड़ा सुधार

प्रशिक्षण में बताया गया कि पहले किसानों को धान का भुगतान दो किस्तों में दिया जाता था। किसानों के हित में इसमें महत्वपूर्ण संशोधन करते हुए अब धान जमा करने के सात दिनों के भीतर पूरी राशि सीधे किसानों के बैंक खाते में एकमुश्त जमा की जाएगी।
इसके अतिरिक्त गुणवत्ता मापदंडों और निगरानी प्रक्रिया से संबंधित आवश्यक बिंदुओं की भी जानकारी दी गई।

जिले भर के अधिकारी और मिल संचालक रहे उपस्थित

कार्यक्रम में जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, बीसीओ, एजीएम, लैम्पस प्रबंधक, वीएलडब्ल्यू तथा जिले के सभी राइस मिल संचालक उपस्थित रहे। यह प्रशिक्षण जिला स्तर पर प्रशासनिक और मैदानी इकाइयों को आगामी अधिप्राप्ति सत्र के लिए तैयार करने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित किया गया।
