परमवीर चक्र विजेता अल्बर्ट एक्का की प्रतिमा के नवीनीकरण एवं पुनर्स्थापना की प्रक्रिया शुरू

गुमला : गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने परमवीर चक्र विजेता अल्बर्ट एक्का की क्षतिग्रस्त प्रतिमा के नवीनीकरण और पुनर्स्थापना की प्रक्रिया तेज कर दी है। जिला के भूतपूर्व सैनिकों ने उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित को सूचित किया कि कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा वीर शहीद की प्रतिमा को नुकसान पहुंचाया गया है। सूचना मिलते ही उपायुक्त ने त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए तुरंत कार्रवाई प्रारंभ करने का निर्देश दिया।

भूतपूर्व सैनिकों ने प्रतिमा को नए स्वरूप में पुनः स्थापित करने और उसकी ऊंचाई बढ़ाने का आग्रह किया था। जिला प्रशासन ने इस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है और नई प्रतिमा स्थापित करने का कार्य तेज गति से जारी है।

निर्धारित कार्ययोजना के अनुसार 20 दिसंबर 2025 तक नई प्रतिमा को सम्मानपूर्वक स्थापित किया जाएगा। प्रतिमा स्थल का सौंदर्यीकरण और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था भी और अधिक सुदृढ़ की जा रही है, ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाएं दोबारा न हों।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि अमर शहीद परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का के सम्मान में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं होने दी जाएगी। उनके शौर्य, त्याग और राष्ट्रभक्ति को समाज के सामने और अधिक गौरवपूर्ण रूप में प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा।
