माननीय राष्ट्रपति महोदया के गुमला आगमन सहित क्रिसमस त्यौहार और नव वर्ष 2026 पर विधि व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए समीक्षात्मक बैठक हुई संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला पुलिस कप्तान,हरिश बिन जामां की अध्यक्षता में मासिक अपराध समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय के सभागार, चन्दाली, गुमला में किया गया। बैठक में पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (मु0), गुमला, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सुरेश प्रसाद यादव , चैनपुर – गुमला – बसिया, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, प्रशिक्षु, गुमला अंचल निरीक्षक, गुमला – चैनपुर – सिसई – बसिया, पुलिस निरीक्षक-सह-थाना प्रभारी, गुमला, पुलिस निरीक्षक सह प्रभारी, सी0सी0आर0, गुमला, परिचारी प्रवर, पुलिस केंद्र गुमला के साथ सभी थाना प्रभारी तथा शाखा प्रभारी उपस्थित रहे। सर्वप्रथम दिनांक 30.12.2025 को माननीया राष्ट्रपति महोदया गुमला आगमन पर सुरक्षा विधि व्यवस्था संधारण के संबंध में विस्तृत चर्चा की गई तथा आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए साथ ही क्रिसमस पर्व एवं नव वर्ष-2026 के अवसर पर गुमला जिला में पड़ने वाले पर्यटन – पिकनिक स्थलों में उत्सव – पिकनिक मनाने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के पहुँचने की संभावना रहती हैं, इसके लिए लगातार अपने-अपने थानान्तर्गत के पर्यटन -पिकनिक स्थलों आदि पर सुरक्षा – विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण हेतु विशेष निगरानी रखने – गश्ती करने हेतु सभी थाना प्रभारी को निर्देशित किया गया।
तत्पश्चात् निम्नांकित बिन्दुओं पर समीक्षा की गई तथा आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये गयेः-
1. मादक पदार्थों के अवैध बिक्री एवं तस्करी की रोकथाम हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई करना।
2. लंबित वारंट/कुर्की का निष्पादन के संबंध में।
3. हत्या/बलात्कार/POCSO/SC-ST/लूट/डकैती/गृहभेदन/अपहरण आदि कांडों की समीक्षा।
4. अवैध उत्खनन/बालू/चिप्स तस्करियों को चिन्हित कर उनके विरूद्ध विधि-सम्मत् कार्रवाई करने के संबंध में।
5. सूचना अधिकार अधि0/जन शिकायत समाधान कार्यक्रम के तहत् प्राप्त लंबित आवेदन पत्रों का त्वरित निष्पादन के संबंध में।
6. पारपत्र/चरित्र सत्यापन संबंधी पत्रों का ससमय निष्पादन के संबंध में।
7. e-DAR /ERS तथा डायल 112 से संबंधित कार्रवाई के संबंध में।
8. e-Sakshya/Sudarshna/Gandiva/Pratibimb App के संबंध में।
9. सड़क सुरक्षा संबंधी नियमों का जागरूकता के संबंध में।
10. डायन प्रथा/मानव तस्करी/पलायन एवं महिलाओं से संबंधित अपराधों की रोक-थाम हेतु आमजनों के बीच जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के संबंध में।
सभी थाना प्रभारी को लंबित वारंट/कुर्की/गैर तामिला वारंट/लाल वारंट एवं माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा निर्गत स्थाई वारंट का निष्पादन की समीक्षा की गई तथा इसका शत-प्रतिशत निष्पादन हेतु निर्देश दिया गया। अप्राकृतिक मृत्यु के मामलों की समीक्षा की गई तथा ऐसे मामलों में अपने-अपने थाना क्षेत्र में अविलम्ब प्राथमिकी दर्ज करते हुए त्वरित अनुसंधान करने के संबंध में निर्देश दिया गया। लूट -डकैती – गृहभेदन – SC-ST से संबंधित कांडों की समीक्षा की गई तथा इसकी रोक-थाम के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये। साथ ही थाना में आने वाले आमजनों के साथ मधुर व्यवहार करते हुए उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान करना तथा समाधान नहीं होने पर अविलम्ब प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने के संबंध में आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये।
