माननीय राष्ट्रपति के गुमला आगमन को लेकर प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क, वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने किया कार्यक्रम स्थल व आगमन मार्ग का निरीक्षण

गुमला : – भारत की माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू के दिनांक 30 दिसंबर 2025 को गुमला (झारखण्ड) आगमन को लेकर जिले में विधि-व्यवस्था के संधारण, त्रुटिहीन सुरक्षा व्यवस्था एवं प्रोटोकॉल मैनुअल में अंकित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप कार्यक्रम के सफल संचालन हेतु आज जिले में उच्चस्तरीय निरीक्षण एवं समीक्षा की गई।
इस क्रम में अमिताभ कौशल, सचिव, वाणिज्य कर विभाग, झारखण्ड तथा मनोज कौशिक, प्रक्षेत्रीय पुलिस महानिरीक्षक, रांची का गुमला आगमन हुआ। दोनों वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस प्रशासन के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित, पुलिस अधीक्षक गुमला हरिश बिन ज़मां, अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, निदेशक डीआरडीए विद्या भूषण, डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सदर राजीव नीरज, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी गुमला सुरेश प्रसाद यादव एवं चैनपुर, जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी ललन कुमार रजक, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार, कार्यपालक अभियंता विद्युत विभाग, कार्यपालक अभियंता भवन प्रमंडल, सहायक जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी एलीना दास सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत माँझाटोली क्षेत्र में माननीय राष्ट्रपति के संभावित आगमन मार्ग का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान हेलीपैड, मुख्य कार्यक्रम स्थल, आगमन स्थल, माल्यार्पण स्थल, प्रतीक्षा स्थल सहित सभी महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं का गहनता से जायजा लिया गया। सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, यातायात प्रबंधन, भीड़ नियंत्रण, आपात सेवाओं की उपलब्धता एवं समन्वय तंत्र की बारीकी से समीक्षा की गई।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में सचिव अमिताभ कौशल एवं आईजी मनोज कौशिक द्वारा सभी कार्यक्रम स्थलों का संयुक्त रूप से अवलोकन करते हुए उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट रूप से निर्देशित किया कि माननीय राष्ट्रपति के दौरे के दौरान सुरक्षा, विधि-व्यवस्था एवं प्रोटोकॉल से जुड़े सभी मानकों का शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए तथा किसी भी स्तर पर कोई चूक न हो।
मुख्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन शिवशंकर उराँव, अध्यक्ष, पंखराज साहेब कार्तिक स्वायत्तशासी विश्वविद्यालय निर्माण समिति-सह-पूर्व विधायक द्वारा किए जाने के संबंध में भी प्रशासनिक, सुरक्षा एवं लॉजिस्टिक व्यवस्थाओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा माननीय राष्ट्रपति के आगमन को ऐतिहासिक एवं गरिमामय बनाने के उद्देश्य से सभी तैयारियाँ पूरी संवेदनशीलता, समन्वय एवं सतर्कता के साथ की जा रही हैं।
