गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध जिले में लगातार कार्रवाई जारी है, इसी क्रम में आज बुधवार को प्रातः लगभग 07:30 बजे गुमला थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत भण्डरिया गांव के नीचे कोयल नदी घाट पर अवैध बालू परिवहन के विरुद्ध छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया।
इस छापेमारी दल में सहायक अवर निरीक्षक नौशाद पवरिया, आरक्षी/98 यावर खान, आरक्षी/242 सालन आईन्द, चालक आरक्षी/43 संजय एक्का एवं सहायक आरक्षी/09 प्रवीण एक्का शामिल थे। अभियान के दौरान कुल 07 ट्रैक्टर अवैध रूप से बालू लदे हुए पकड़े गए, जिन्हें सुरक्षार्थ गुमला थाना अंतर्गत नवनिर्मित टोटो थाना परिसर में रखा गया है।
जिला खनन पदाधिकारी के आदेशानुसार दिनांक 24.12.2025 को अधोहस्ताक्षरी द्वारा जब्त बालू लदे ट्रैक्टरों का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में पाया गया कि संबंधित स्थल पर न तो कोई भंडारण अनुज्ञप्ति उपलब्ध थी और न ही किसी प्रकार का वैध खनन पट्टा। इसके अतिरिक्त, बालू परिवहन से संबंधित कोई भी वैध कागजात प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया।
प्रथम दृष्टया यह स्पष्ट होता है कि अवैध रूप से बालू का उत्खनन एवं परिवहन कर व्यापार किया जा रहा था, जो पूर्णतः गैरकानूनी है। इस प्रकार की गतिविधियों से न केवल सरकारी राजस्व की क्षति हो रही है, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय संपदा का भी क्षरण हो रहा है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि यह कृत्य ( झारखण्ड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली-2004 के नियम 4 एवं 54 तथा The Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules-2017 के नियम 7 एवं 9 के अंतर्गत दंडनीय अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है।
अतः अवैध बालू परिवहन में संलिप्त सभी 07 ट्रैक्टरों के मालिकों एवं चालकों के विरुद्ध उपर्युक्त अधिनियमों एवं अन्य सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर विधिसम्मत कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध आगे भी इसी प्रकार सख्त एवं सतत कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।
