खाद्य सुरक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त, भरनो एवं बसिया में औचक निरीक्षण

गुमला:  गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में गुमला जिले के भरनो प्रखंड एवं बसिया क्षेत्र में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के सख्त अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से आज खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग टीम के द्वारा औचक निरीक्षण एवं छापामारी अभियान चलाया गया। इस अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के द्वारा किया गया।

अभियान के क्रम में भरनो प्रखंड अंतर्गत श्याम डेयरी एवं मिष्ठान भंडार तथा कोनबीर स्थित श्याम होटल का गहन निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था, किचन की स्वच्छता, कर्मचारियों द्वारा दस्ताने व हेडगियर के उपयोग सहित विभिन्न बिंदुओं की जांच की गई।

जांच के दौरान श्याम डेयरी एवं मिष्ठान भंडार से रसगुल्ला का खाद्य नमूना संग्रहित कर जांच हेतु राज्य खाद्य परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया, ताकि खाद्य पदार्थ की गुणवत्ता एवं मानकों की पुष्टि की जा सके। संबंधित संचालकों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत निर्धारित नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

आम जनता के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाले प्रतिष्ठानों के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने सभी खाद्य कारोबारियों से अपील की कि वे स्वच्छता, गुणवत्ता एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का अनिवार्य रूप से पालन करें।

अधिकारियों ने यह भी बताया कि इस प्रकार का निरीक्षण एवं छापामारी अभियान आगे भी नियमित रूप से जारी रहेगा, ताकि जिले में सुरक्षित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
