राष्ट्रपति के 30 दिसंबर को प्रस्तावित गुमला आगमन को लेकर तैयारियां पूर्ण

डीसी व एसपी ने अधिकारियों एवं पुलिस बल की ज्वाइंट ब्रीफिंग में दिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश

गुमला : भारत की माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू के 30 दिसंबर को प्रस्तावित गुमला आगमन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं। इसी क्रम में जिला दंडाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन जमां की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत मझगांव, शंख मोड़ स्थित कार्यक्रम स्थल (बैरियर बगीचा) में दंडाधिकारी, पुलिस पदाधिकारियों एवं पुलिस बल की ज्वाइंट ब्रीफिंग आयोजित की गई।

ब्रीफिंग के दौरान उपायुक्त ने कहा कि माननीय राष्ट्रपति का कार्यक्रम अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है तथा उच्चतम प्रोटोकॉल से जुड़ा हुआ है। ऐसे में सभी पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी अपने-अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन पूर्ण निष्ठा, अनुशासन एवं आपसी समन्वय के साथ सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि प्रोटोकॉल, सुरक्षा, समयबद्धता एवं समन्वय में किसी भी स्तर पर चूक स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।
उपायुक्त ने कार्यक्रम स्थल, रूट लाइन, एयरपोर्ट/हेलिपैड, आवास स्थल, सभा स्थल, पार्किंग व्यवस्था एवं आपातकालीन प्रबंधन की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि सभी पदाधिकारी निर्धारित समय से पूर्व उपस्थित रहकर व्यवस्थाओं की अंतिम जांच सुनिश्चित करें।

वहीं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर विशेष बल देते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्रपति के कार्यक्रम को लेकर सुरक्षा एवं विधि-व्यवस्था का सुदृढ़ संधारण सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने सभी पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को प्रोटोकॉल के अनुरूप अनुशासन, सतर्कता एवं समन्वय के साथ दायित्वों के निर्वहन का निर्देश दिया।
पुलिस अधीक्षक ने रूट लाइन क्लियरेंस, एंटी-सबोटाज जांच, सीसीटीवी निगरानी, ट्रैफिक एवं रूट डायवर्जन, पास व्यवस्था एवं इंटेलिजेंस इनपुट को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने पर जोर दिया। साथ ही उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि सभी पुलिस बल निर्धारित ड्रेस कोड एवं प्रोटोकॉल का अक्षरशः पालन करेंगे। किसी भी आकस्मिक स्थिति से निपटने के लिए कंट्रोल रूम, क्विक रिस्पॉन्स टीम एवं मेडिकल इमरजेंसी यूनिट को पूरी तरह सक्रिय रखने का निर्देश भी दिया गया।

बैठक में सभी वरीय दंडाधिकारी, पुलिस पदाधिकारी एवं संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। इसके अतिरिक्त जिला के वरीय पदाधिकारियों द्वारा कार्यक्रम स्थल, एयरपोर्ट एवं संपूर्ण रूट लाइन का निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया गया तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
