गुमला :
गुमला जिले के गुरदरी थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत आमती पानी इलाके में एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है, जहां एक युवक ने अपनी लिव-इन पार्टनर की कुल्हाड़ी से हमला कर हत्या कर दी। पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी युवक को घटनास्थल से ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
पुलिस के अनुसार, मृतका की पहचान असिखा कुमारी उर्फ पूजा (19 वर्ष) के रूप में हुई है, जबकि आरोपी युवक का नाम बुधेश्वर असुर बताया जा रहा है। दोनों आदिम जनजाति समुदाय से संबंध रखते हैं और लंबे समय से लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में एक साथ रह रहे थे।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, मंगलवार को दोनों गांव के समीप जंगल में लकड़ी लाने गए थे। इसी दौरान किसी बात को लेकर दोनों के बीच विवाद हो गया, जो देखते ही देखते हिंसक झड़प में बदल गया। गुस्से में आकर आरोपी युवक ने कुल्हाड़ी से युवती पर हमला कर उसकी हत्या कर दी।
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही गुरदरी थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और आरोपी को हिरासत में ले लिया। प्रारंभिक पूछताछ में आरोपी ने अपराध स्वीकार कर लिया है। पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है।
इस संबंध में एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ने बताया कि पुलिस मामले की हर पहलू से गहन जांच कर रही है। आरोपी से पूछताछ जारी है और हत्या के पीछे के वास्तविक कारणों का पता लगाया जा रहा है। आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई प्रचलित है।
