फूलों झानो आशीर्वाद योजना से बदली ग्रामीण महिलाओं की जिंदगी, गुमला में PTI टीम ने सफलता कहानियों का किया डॉक्यूमेंटेशन

गुमला : – झारखंड सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी फूलों झानो आशीर्वाद योजना आज ग्रामीण और आदिवासी महिलाओं के लिए आत्मनिर्भरता की मजबूत आधारशिला बन रही है। सीमित संसाधनों और अस्थिर आय से जूझ रही महिलाओं को यह योजना सम्मानजनक आजीविका का अवसर प्रदान कर रही है। इसी परिवर्तन को राष्ट्रीय मंच तक पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से Press Trust of India (PTI) की टीम ने गुमला जिले के पालकोट प्रखंड का भ्रमण कर योजना से लाभान्वित महिलाओं की वास्तविक और प्रेरणादायी कहानियों का फिल्मांकन किया।
पालकोट प्रखंड के कांडेबीरा गांव की निवासी हिर्मेत देवी कभी छोटे-मोटे असंगठित कार्यों पर निर्भर थीं। परिवार की जिम्मेदारियों और सीमित आमदनी के कारण जीवन में स्थायित्व नहीं था। फूलों झानो आशीर्वाद योजना के अंतर्गत ₹10,000 की वित्तीय सहायता मिलने के बाद उनके जीवन में निर्णायक बदलाव आया। इस सहयोग से उन्होंने गांव में छोटी किराना दुकान शुरू की, सूअर पालन को सहायक आजीविका के रूप में अपनाया तथा लाह उत्पादन के माध्यम से मौसमी आय के स्रोत विकसित किए। आज हिर्मेत देवी लगभग ₹12,000 प्रतिमाह की नियमित आय अर्जित कर रही हैं, जिससे उनके परिवार की आर्थिक सुरक्षा मजबूत हुई है और भविष्य को लेकर उनका आत्मविश्वास बढ़ा है।
इसी गांव की दूसरी लाभुक सुखनी देवी भी पहले केवल कृषि और छोटे स्तर के कार्यों पर निर्भर थीं। पूंजी की कमी के कारण वे अपनी मेहनत को आगे नहीं बढ़ा पा रही थीं। फूलों झानो आशीर्वाद योजना के अंतर्गत मिली ₹10,000 की सहायता राशि ने उन्हें अपने प्रयासों को नया विस्तार देने का अवसर दिया। उन्होंने कृषि और गैर-कृषि दोनों क्षेत्रों में निवेश कर बकरी पालन, लाह की खेती, सब्जी उत्पादन तथा स्थानीय जरूरतों को देखते हुए छोटे होटल का संचालन प्रारंभ किया। वर्तमान में सुखनी देवी ₹10,000 से ₹12,000 प्रतिमाह की स्थायी आय अर्जित कर रही हैं, जिससे उनके परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति सुदृढ़ हुई है और आजीविका में स्थायित्व आया है।

फूलों झानो आशीर्वाद योजना केवल आर्थिक सहायता नहीं, बल्कि ग्रामीण महिलाओं के लिए सम्मान, स्वावलंबन और सुरक्षित भविष्य की ओर बढ़ता हुआ एक मजबूत कदम है। जिला प्रशासन गुमला द्वारा इस योजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के माध्यम से महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में निरंतर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं, ताकि अधिक से अधिक परिवारों के जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव आ सके।
