गुमला समाहरणालय में सांसद एवं आला अधिकारियों ने गुब्बारे उड़ाकर दिया सड़क सुरक्षा का संदेश – सुरक्षा नियम दिल से अपनाएं

गुमला :- राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह 2026 के आठवें दिन आज गुमला समाहरणालय परिसर में भव्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। “सीख से सुरक्षा, तकनीक से परिवर्तन” के मूल मंत्र के साथ आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से सांसद सुखदेव भगत, उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जमां उपस्थित रहे। अभियान को नई गति प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से सभी अतिथियों ने संयुक्त रूप से आकाश में सुरक्षा संदेश लिखे रंग-बिरंगे गुब्बारे उड़ाए। इस प्रतीकात्मक पहल के माध्यम से जिलेवासियों को यह संदेश दिया गया कि सड़क पर सुरक्षा ही जीवन का आधार है और नियमों का पालन करना हर नागरिक का नैतिक कर्तव्य है।

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए, सांसद सुखदेव भगत ने एक अत्यंत मार्मिक और प्रेरणादायक संदेश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन नियम और कानून जरूर बनाता है, लेकिन सुरक्षा के मानकों का पालन करना व्यक्तिगत रूप से हर इंसान की जिम्मेदारी है उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि सुरक्षा के मापदंड केवल कागजों या कानूनी डर तक सीमित नहीं होने चाहिए, बल्कि यह भावना व्यक्ति के दिल से आनी चाहिए। उन्होंने जनता से अपील करते हुए कहा कि हर व्यक्ति अपने परिवार के लिए एक अनमोल धरोहर है, इसलिए अपनी और दूसरों की जान की सुरक्षा के लिए यातायात नियमों को अपने दैनिक जीवन के अभ्यास में लाएं। सांसद ने आग्रह किया कि लोग इसे प्रशासन का काम न समझकर अपनी व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी समझें।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन जमा ने भी आम जनता से सीधा संवाद करते हुए सुरक्षित रहने के मूल मंत्र साझा किए। अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि सुरक्षा माह का उद्देश्य लोगों के व्यवहार में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाना है। उन्होंने नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे बिना किसी के टोके या पुलिस की सख्ती के बिना ही स्वयं से हेलमेट पहनें और सीट बेल्ट का प्रयोग करें। सड़क सुरक्षा उपकरणों का इस्तेमाल किसी दबाव में नहीं, बल्कि जीवन की रक्षा के संकल्प के साथ किया जाना चाहिए। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि आपकी एक छोटी सी सावधानी न केवल आपकी जान बचाती है, बल्कि एक पूरे परिवार को बिखरने से भी रोकती है।

इस गरिमामय अवसर पर जिला प्रशासन के सभी गणमान्य अधिकारीगण भी उपस्थित रहे, जिन्होंने सड़क सुरक्षा के इस महाभियान में अपनी सहभागिता सुनिश्चित की। उपस्थित जनसमुदाय और अधिकारियों ने एक स्वर में शपथ ली कि वे सड़क पर चलते समय नियमों का अक्षरशः पालन करेंगे। कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित अधिकारियों ने भी गुब्बारे उड़ाकर जनता से अपील की कि सुरक्षित रहने के लिए सुरक्षा नियमों को खुद भी मानें और बिना दूसरों के बतलाये सुरक्षा के उपकरणों को इस्तेमाल में लाएं। पूरे आयोजन का सार यह रहा कि सुरक्षा के प्रति सजगता ही दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने का एकमात्र प्रभावी रास्ता है।
