गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर सड़क सुरक्षा शिविर का आयोजन; DTO ने कहा– घायल की मदद करने वाले ‘राह-वीर’ को मिलेगा ₹25,000 तक का इनाम

​गुमला : – गुमला जिला में ​राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह 2026 के सफल संचालन हेतु उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा दिए गए कड़े निर्देशों के आलोक में, आज जागरूकता अभियान को विशेष विस्तार दिया गया। उपायुक्त के मार्गदर्शन में जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) द्वारा एक विशेष शिविर का आयोजन किया गया, जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य सड़क दुर्घटना पीड़ितों की मदद के लिए आमजनों को प्रोत्साहित करना और उन्हें सरकारी मुआवजा योजनाओं की तकनीकी व कानूनी बारीकियों से अवगत कराना ।

​शिविर की मुख्य विशेषताएं और विस्तृत जानकारी:

​1. मददगारों के लिए ‘राह-वीर’ एवं ‘गुड समारिटन’ योजना:

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने उपायुक्त के संदेश को साझा करते हुए बताया कि समाज में अक्सर पुलिसिया कार्यवाही का डर लोगों को घायलों की मदद करने से रोकता है। इसी डर को खत्म करने के लिए सरकार ‘राह-वीर’ योजना चला रही है।
​सम्मान राशि: दुर्घटना के “गोल्डन ऑवर” (हादसे का पहला घंटा) में घायल को अस्पताल पहुँचाने वाले व्यक्ति को ₹5,000 से ₹25,000 तक का नकद पुरस्कार और प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा।

​रजिस्टर पंजी में प्रविष्टि अनिवार्य: DTO ने विशेष रूप से स्पष्ट किया कि इनाम की पात्रता के लिए मददगार व्यक्ति को घायल को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (CHC) या किसी भी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराने के बाद, वहाँ उपलब्ध ‘विशेष रजिस्टर पंजी’ में अपना नाम, पता और मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज कराना होगा। इसी आधिकारिक प्रविष्टि के आधार पर जिला प्रशासन पुरस्कार की प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाएगा।

​कानूनी सुरक्षा: उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के स्पष्ट दिशा-निर्देशों के तहत, अस्पताल या पुलिस प्रशासन किसी भी मददगार को गवाही देने या बार-बार कार्यालय बुलाने के लिए बाध्य नहीं करेगा।

​2. हिट एंड रन मुआवजा योजना की नई दरें:
वैसे सड़क हादसे जिनमें टक्कर मारकर वाहन फरार हो जाता है और उसकी पहचान नहीं हो पाती, उनके लिए सरकार ने मुआवजा राशि में भारी वृद्धि की है:

​मृत्यु की स्थिति में: मृतक के परिजनों या आश्रितों को ₹2,00,000 (दो लाख रुपये) की अनुग्रह सहायता राशि दी जाती है।

​गंभीर चोट की स्थिति में: पीड़ित के उपचार और सहायता हेतु ₹50,000 (पचास हजार रुपये) का मुआवजा दिया जाता है।

​प्रशासनिक संदेश और मानवता का संकल्प:

​शिविर को संबोधित करते हुए जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित का स्पष्ट विजन है कि गुमला जिले में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं के कारण होने वाली मृत्यु दर को न्यूनतम किया जाए। इसके लिए केवल नियम काफी नहीं हैं, बल्कि आम नागरिकों का सहयोग और मानवीय संवेदनाएं अनिवार्य हैं।

​मानवता सबसे बड़ा धर्म: सड़क सुरक्षा केवल कानूनी अनुपालन नहीं, बल्कि एक मानवीय दायित्व है। आपकी एक त्वरित पहल किसी परिवार का चिराग बुझने से बचा सकती है।

​निडर होकर बनें ‘राह-वीर’: डीटीओ ने अपील की कि नागरिक निडर होकर सड़क पर घायलों की मदद के लिए आगे आएं। जिला प्रशासन पूरी तरह से मददगारों के साथ खड़ा है।

​कार्यक्रम के अंत में उपस्थित चालकों, युवाओं और आम नागरिकों ने सड़क सुरक्षा के नियमों का अक्षरशः पालन करने और किसी भी आपदा की स्थिति में निडर होकर ‘राह-वीर’ बनकर दूसरों की जान बचाने का सामूहिक संकल्प लिया।
