उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आपदा प्रबंधन, खनन एवं कारा से संबंधित संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय आपदा प्रबंधन समिति, खनन एवं कारा से संबंधित संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में आपदा से हुई मानव क्षति, फसल एवं आवास क्षति, मुआवजा भुगतान, कारा सुरक्षा व्यवस्था तथा खनन गतिविधियों से जुड़े विभिन्न बिंदुओं की विस्तारपूर्वक समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान सड़क दुर्घटना, नदी में डूबने, वज्रपात सहित अन्य प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से हुई मृत्यु एवं क्षति से संबंधित मामलों पर चर्चा की गई। इस क्रम में बताया गया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के अंतर्गत आपदा से 1,50 मृतकों के आश्रितों के बीच मुआवजा राशि की स्वीकृति (भुगतान) प्रदान की गई है। वहीं विभिन्न प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से हुए मृतकों के आश्रितों के कुल 45 आवेदनों पर भी मुआवजा स्वीकृति दी गई है।
अपर समाहर्ता ने निर्देश दिया कि आपदा से हुई मृत्यु के सभी मामलों में पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य रूप से संबंधित विभाग को उपलब्ध कराई जाए। साथ ही सभी प्रखंडों से आपदा से संबंधित आवेदन ससमय समर्पित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उन्होंने आपदा से मिलने वाले लाभों के संबंध में आमजन को जागरूक करने हेतु व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करने तथा सभी प्रखंड कार्यालयों में आपदा संबंधी लाभों की जानकारी वाले होर्डिंग लगाने का भी निर्देश दिया।

*कारा सुरक्षा की समीक्षा*
कारा सुरक्षा से संबंधित समीक्षा के दौरान अपर समाहर्ता ने नवनिर्मित विस्तारित खंड में सीसीटीवी कैमरा, इलेक्ट्रिक फेंसिंग, हाईमास्ट लाइट एवं स्ट्रीट लाइट की स्थापना से जुड़े कार्यों की प्रगति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने शेष कार्यों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर पूर्ण करने का निर्देश देते हुए अन्य सुरक्षा संबंधी बिंदुओं पर भी आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

*खनन*
जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स की समीक्षा के दौरान जिले में खनन गतिविधियों पर निगरानी, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, राजस्व वृद्धि तथा कारा सुरक्षा से जुड़े पहलुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। अवैध खनन पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण एवं नियमों के सख्त अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।
बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, सिविल सर्जन गुमला, भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता गुमला, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला, चैनपुर एवं बसिया, खनन पदाधिकारी गुमला, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी गुमला सहित सभी प्रखंडों के अंचल अधिकारी एवं अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थें l
