झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन की अध्यक्षता में आज सभी जिलों के जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, सहायक जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, सीएम स्कूल ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस के प्रधानाचार्य और स्कूल प्रबंधको के साथ महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक हुई। बैठक के दौरान झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने डहर 2.0 पोर्टल के माध्यम से हो रहे शिशु पंजी सर्वे की धीमी गति पर असंतोष जाहिर करते हुए जिलों को नगर निकाय चुनावों की घोषणा से पूर्व हर हाल में शिशु पंजी सर्वे का कार्य पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया है। श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि किसी भी वक़्त निकाय चुनावों की घोषणा हो सकती है, ऐसे में पदाधिकारी लापरवाही ना बरते और समय रहते शिशु पंजी का कार्य पूर्ण करे। उन्होंने आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा के मद्देनजर सीएम स्कूल ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस में प्री बोर्ड 1 और 2 के परिणामो के आधार पर छात्रों के लिए विशेष रेमिडियल कक्षाओं के संचालन और छात्रों की प्रगति का निरंतर आंकलन का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने बजट सत्र से पूर्व पारा शिक्षकों, बीआरपी-सीआरपी के मानदेय एवं भुगतान से संबंधित मामलो को त्वरित निष्पादित करने का निर्देश दिया है।

श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि बीआरपी-सीआरपी के प्रमाण पत्रों के सत्यापन का कार्य किया जाना था। अब इसकी समय सीमा पूरी हो चुकी है। जिन जिलों ने सत्यापन का कार्य अबतक पूरा नहीं किया है वे एक से दो दिन के अंदर कार्य पूरा कर ले। 27 जनवरी से पूर्व कार्य पूरा नहीं किये जाने पर कार्रवाई की जायेगी। झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने सभी जिलों को सीएम स्कूल ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस, कस्तूरबा गाँधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय, नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय, झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय में समय पर नामांकन प्रक्रिया शुरू करने और शत प्रतिशत नामांकन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया है। श्री शशि रंजन ने कस्तूरबा गाँधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय और झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर और शिक्षक नियुक्ति की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की। राज्य परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने नवनियुक्त सहायक आचार्यो का पंजीकरण जल्द से जल्द ई-विद्यावाहिनी में कराने का निर्देश दिया है।
