उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर सिविल सर्जन एवं उपाधीक्षक, सदर अस्पताल का वेतन स्थगित

गुमला :- गुमला जिले में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में लापरवाही के मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर सिविल सर्जन, गुमला शंभू नाथ चौधरी तथा अनुपम किशोर, उपाधीक्षक, सदर अस्पताल, गुमला का वेतन अगले आदेश तक स्थगित किया गया है।
दिनांक 19.01.2026 को एक मरीज के आकस्मिक इलाज के दौरान सिविल सर्जन, गुमला द्वारा बार-बार दूरभाष से संपर्क किए जाने के बावजूद कॉल रिसीव नहीं किया गया। वहीं अनुपम किशोर, उपाधीक्षक, सदर अस्पताल, गुमला अनाधिकृत रूप से मुख्यालय से बाहर रांची में उपस्थित पाए गए। इन कारणों से मरीज का समुचित इलाज समय पर नहीं हो सका।
मामले की समीक्षा के दौरान यह भी स्पष्ट हुआ कि अस्पताल के प्रबंधन एवं संचालन व्यवस्था की प्रभावी निगरानी नहीं की जा रही थी, जिससे आम मरीजों को उपचार में कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ा।
उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही, अनुशासनहीनता या संवेदनहीनता को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। भविष्य में इस प्रकार की2026 पुनरावृत्ति होने पर संबंधित पदाधिकारियों के विरुद्ध कठोर अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई हेतु विभाग को सूचित किया जाएगा।
उपायुक्त ने सभी स्वास्थ्य पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि अस्पतालों में चिकित्सकों की उपस्थिति, बेहतर प्रबंधन एवं मरीजों को समय पर समुचित उपचार सुनिश्चित किया जाए l
