गुमला : – गुमला जिला में झारखण्ड सरकार के राजस्व, निबंधन एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग के निर्देशानुसार गुमला जिले में नवनियुक्त अंचल निरीक्षक-सह-कानूनगो को कार्य की बेहतर समझ देने के उद्देश्य से छः दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण एवं उन्मुखीकरण कार्यक्रम प्रारंभ किया गया है।
इस प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य नवपदस्थापित अंचल निरीक्षकों को राजस्व कार्यालयों की कार्यप्रणाली, भूमि से संबंधित कार्य, फाइल निस्तारण प्रक्रिया तथा आम जनता से जुड़े मामलों के त्वरित और पारदर्शी निष्पादन की जानकारी देना है, ताकि नागरिकों को समय पर एवं सही सेवा मिल सके।
यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम समाहरणालय, गुमला स्थित न्यायालय कक्ष में आयोजित किया जा रहा है।
गुमला जिले के विभिन्न अंचलों में हाल ही में 08 नए अंचल निरीक्षक-सह-कानूनगो की नियुक्ति की गई है, जिनमें से 04 अधिकारियों ने योगदान दे दिया है और उनका प्रशिक्षण वर्तमान में चल रहा है।
प्रशिक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों को भूमि अभिलेख, दाखिल-खारिज, सीमांकन, निबंधन से संबंधित कार्यों तथा जनसमस्याओं के समाधान से जुड़े विषयों पर व्यावहारिक जानकारी दी जा रही है।
जिला प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण होने के बाद सभी अंचल निरीक्षक अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में तेज, पारदर्शी और जनहितकारी सेवाएं प्रदान करें, जिससे आम नागरिकों को राजस्व संबंधी कार्यों में सुविधा मिल सके।
