बाल विवाह मुक्त झारखण्ड अभियान व सामाजिक कुरीति निवारण योजना को लेकर एकदिवसीय प्रशिक्षण-सह-कार्यशाला
गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर, जिला प्रशासन एवं समाज कल्याण विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आज दिनांक 21 जनवरी 2026 को चैनपुर अनुमंडल में सामाजिक कुरीति निवारण योजना एवं “बाल विवाह मुक्त झारखण्ड” अभियान के तहत अनुमंडल स्तरीय एकदिवसीय प्रशिक्षण-सह-कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया।
इस कार्यशाला में चैनपुर अनुमंडल अंतर्गत सभी प्रखंडों से आंगनबाड़ी सेविका एवं सहायिका, सहिया, पंचायत सचिव, मुखिया, महिला पर्यवेक्षक (लेडी सुपरवाइजर), सीडीपीओ, बीडीओ, अंचलाधिकारी, ब्लॉक परियोजना पदाधिकारी – शिक्षा विभाग, ब्लॉक परियोजना पदाधिकारी – JSLPS, उप प्रमुख, चैनपुर, स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) की महिलाएं सहित बड़ी संख्या में विभागीय पदाधिकारी, जनप्रतिनिधि, ए वी ए – नीति आयोग फेलो, गुमला एवं समुदाय प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला द्वारा की गई। कार्यक्रम में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, चैनपुर, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, गुमला, अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी (ACMO), गुमला, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी-सह-सीडीपीओ, चैनपुर, अंचलाधिकारी, चैनपुर एवं निदेशालय, समाज कल्याण विभाग (JWDS) से लेडी सुपरवाइजर की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ की गई, जिसके पश्चात सभी अतिथियों एवं अधिकारियों का स्वागत किया गया।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, गुमला ने कार्यशाला के उद्देश्य पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार एवं जिला प्रशासन बाल विवाह, डायन प्रथा एवं अन्य सामाजिक कुरीतियों के उन्मूलन हेतु निरंतर सक्रिय रूप से कार्य कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासनिक प्रयासों के साथ-साथ समुदाय की जागरूकता एवं सभी विभागों के समन्वित प्रयास से ही सामाजिक कुरीतियों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण संभव है।
इसके पश्चात अंचलाधिकारी, चैनपुर ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि स्थानीय स्तर पर समय पर सूचना साझा करना एवं प्रशासनिक समन्वय बाल विवाह जैसी सामाजिक बुराइयों को रोकने में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।
प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी-सह-सीडीपीओ, चैनपुर ने कहा कि प्रखंड एवं पंचायत स्तर पर विभागीय समन्वय के माध्यम से बाल विवाह रोकथाम हेतु लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं, सहायिकाओं एवं सहियाओं की भूमिका को महत्वपूर्ण बताया।
अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी (ACMO), गुमला ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि बाल विवाह का प्रतिकूल प्रभाव किशोरियों के स्वास्थ्य एवं मातृ-शिशु स्वास्थ्य पर पड़ता है। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा की जा रही पहलों एवं विभागीय समन्वय की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।
अपने संबोधन में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, चैनपुर ने कहा कि प्रशासन एवं समुदाय के बीच बेहतर समन्वय से ही बाल विवाह एवं सामाजिक कुरीतियों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण संभव है। उन्होंने सभी विभागों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों से अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने की अपील की।
अपने अध्यक्षीय संबोधन में अपर समाहर्ता, गुमला ने कहा कि बाल विवाह समाज के लिए एक गंभीर चुनौती है, जिसके विरुद्ध जिला प्रशासन पूर्ण प्रतिबद्धता एवं समन्वय के साथ कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों, जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं समुदाय प्रतिनिधियों से आग्रह किया कि वे आपसी एकजुटता के साथ प्रशासन का सहयोग करें तथा प्राप्त जानकारी को समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाएं।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान बाल विवाह एवं सामाजिक कुरीतियों पर आधारित जागरूकता फिल्म का प्रदर्शन किया गया। इसके उपरांत सभी उपस्थित प्रतिभागियों को बाल विवाह एवं डायन प्रथा के विरुद्ध शपथ दिलाई गई, जिसमें सभी ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में सतत निगरानी, समय पर सूचना साझा करने एवं प्रशासन के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करने का संकल्प लिया।
साथ ही मिशन शक्ति, राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं, बाल विवाह रोकथाम एवं सामाजिक कुरीति निवारण से संबंधित प्रावधानों की जानकारी फिल्मों एवं प्रस्तुतीकरण के माध्यम से दी गई।
कार्यक्रम के पश्चात बाल विवाह, डायन प्रथा, मिशन शक्ति एवं राज्य योजनाओं पर विस्तृत सत्र एवं खुली चर्चा आयोजित की गई, जिसमें क्षेत्र की चुनौतियों एवं आगे की कार्ययोजना पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में मुख्य अतिथियों एवं मंचासीन अधिकारियों को स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर सम्मानित किया गया तथा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ कार्यशाला का समापन किया गया।
