एबीडीएम के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन को लेकर गुमला सदर अस्पताल में तीन जिलों की संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला सदर अस्पताल स्थित सिविल सर्जन सभागार में एबीडीएम (आयुष्मान भारत डिजिटल मिशन) के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन को लेकर एक दिवसीय समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। इस बैठक में सिमडेगा, लोहरदगा एवं गुमला जिले के सिविल सर्जन, गुमला जिले के सभी निजी स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों के वरीय प्रतिनिधि, एबीडीएम के राज्य प्रतिनिधि, बीएसएनएल एवं सी-डैक के वरीय अधिकारी तथा प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। बैठक का आयोजन राज्य मिशन निदेशक विद्यानंद शर्मा पंकज की अध्यक्षता में किया गया।

समीक्षात्मक बैठक के दौरान राज्य मिशन निदेशक द्वारा सिमडेगा, लोहरदगा एवं गुमला तीनों जिलों में एबीडीएम के सभी घटकों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने अब तक हुए कार्यों का विश्लेषण करते हुए आगामी समय के लिए स्पष्ट दिशा-निर्देश दिए तथा सभी गतिविधियों के सफल क्रियान्वयन हेतु समयबद्ध कार्ययोजना निर्धारित की।
बैठक में बीएसएनएल एवं सी-डैक द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की भी विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई। इसके तहत निर्देश दिया गया कि तीनों जिलों के शेष सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में नेटवर्क की व्यवस्था शीघ्र पूर्ण की जाए तथा सभी जिलों में फार्मेसी एवं लैब मॉड्यूल को जल्द से जल्द शुरू किया जाए। इसके साथ ही यह भी निर्देशित किया गया कि पंद्रह दिनों के भीतर तीनों जिलों के सभी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में सी-डैक ई-सुश्रुत एचएमआईएस का क्रियान्वयन प्रारंभ किया जाए।
बैठक में यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि सभी निजी अस्पतालों एवं फार्मेसियों का हेल्थ फैसिलिटी रजिस्ट्री में पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है, वहीं सभी चिकित्सकों एवं नर्सिंग कर्मियों का हेल्थ प्रोफेशनल रजिस्ट्री में पंजीकरण शीघ्रता से सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को मजबूती मिल सके।

बैठक के उपरांत राज्य मिशन निदेशक द्वारा सदर अस्पताल, गुमला का निरीक्षण भी किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल में किए जा रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए तथा स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के क्षेत्र में किए गए बेहतर कार्यों की सराहना भी की गई।
इस अवसर पर सिमडेगा, लोहरदगा एवं गुमला जिलों के उपाधीक्षक, प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, डीपीएम, डीपीसी, डीडीएम, एबीडीएम प्रोजेक्ट कोऑर्डिनेटर, बीपीएम एवं बीडीएम सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
