खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं तंबाकू निषेध (नशामुक्त भारत) अभियान को लेकर गुमला में संयुक्त निरीक्षण अभियान, कई प्रतिष्ठानों की हुई जांच

गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन एवं तंबाकू निषेध कानून को प्रभावी रूप से लागू करने के उद्देश्य से खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा सघन निरीक्षण सह जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी तथा तंबाकू निषेध सलाहकार वंदना स्मिता होरो द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से किया गया।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में संत पात्रिक स्कूल, इगिनासुस स्कूल, उर्सुलाइन स्कूल, एस.एस. स्कूल, डॉन बॉस्को स्कूल एवं नेट्रो डैम स्कूल क्षेत्र के आसपास स्थित सभी व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान होटल, ठेला-खोमचा, जेनरल स्टोर, रेस्टोरेंट, ढाबा, चाय दुकान सहित अन्य खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों की गहन जांच की गई।

जांच के दौरान खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता की स्थिति, खाद्य सामग्री के भंडारण, ढंके हुए डस्टबिन की उपलब्धता, एक्सपायरी तिथि तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 के अनुपालन की जांच की गई। साथ ही विद्यालयों एवं शिक्षण संस्थानों के आसपास तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी गई।

अभियान के दौरान संबंधित दुकानदारों को तंबाकू निषेध अधिनियम के तहत शिक्षण संस्थानों के 100 मीटर के दायरे में तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित होने की जानकारी दी गई तथा नियमों का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर सख्त कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी गई साथ ही जुर्माना वसूला गया।इसके अलावा खाद्य कारोबारियों को स्वच्छता बनाए रखने एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री बेचने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इस संयुक्त निरीक्षण अभियान में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर प्रियांशु कुमार की भी उपस्थिति रही। विभागीय अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जनहित को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस प्रकार के निरीक्षण एवं जागरूकता अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेंगे, ताकि जिले में सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री सुनिश्चित की जा सके तथा नशामुक्त भारत अभियान को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू किया जा सके।
