विद्यालयों में 90% ऑनलाइन शिक्षक उपस्थिति एवं छात्र उपस्थिति सहित अन्य इंडिकेटर्स पर त्वरित सुधार के निर्देश

विद्यालय स्तर पर शिशु पंजी सर्वे तत्काल पूर्ण करने के दिए गए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निदेशानुसार उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में गुमला जिले के शैक्षणिक सूचकांकों की विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक समाहरणालय में आयोजित की गई, जिसमें शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने और राज्यस्तरीय रैंकिंग में सुधार लाने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

बैठक में जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, क्षेत्र शिक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रियाश्री भगत, प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी घनश्याम चौबे, एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो, एपीओ रोज मिंज, फील्ड मैनेजर रामचंद्र सिंह, डायट के संकाय सदस्य, सभी प्रखंडों के बीपीओ एवं एमआईएस कोऑर्डिनेटर उपस्थित रहे।

डीडीसी ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि विद्यालयों में ईविद्यवाहिनी अंतर्गत शिक्षक एवं छात्र ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति न्यूनतम 90 प्रतिशत सुनिश्चित की जाए। निर्धारित उपस्थिति से कम रहने की स्थिति में संबंधित जिम्मेदारों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। साथ ही शिशु पंजी सर्वे कार्य शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

आठवीं बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी के साथ-साथ कक्षा 1 से 8 तक के बच्चों के शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन में सुधार हेतु सभी सीआरपी और बीआरपी को समन्वित रूप से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए गए। डीडीसी ने कहा कि सभी प्रखंड सामूहिक प्रयास से जिले की राज्यस्तरीय रैंकिंग में सुधार सुनिश्चित करें।

बैठक में निपुण भारत मिशन अंतर्गत निचली कक्षाओं के बच्चों के प्रदर्शन, स्मार्ट क्लास एवं आईसीटी लैब की कार्यशीलता, पीएम श्री स्कूल, प्रखंड स्तरीय आदर्श विद्यालय तथा मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ट विद्यालयों के प्रदर्शन की समीक्षा की गई और आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने पर चर्चा हुई। स्मार्ट क्लास और आईसीटी लैब की एजेंसी द्वारा छोटी मोटी समस्याओं पर कोई सुधार नहीं करने की जानकारी होने पर इसके लिए संबंधित एजेंसी के विरुद्ध स्टेट को पत्र देने के निर्देश दिए गए।

आधार अपडेट की समीक्षा में बताया गया कि जिले के 2,16,350 नामांकित बच्चों में से 1,93,681 बच्चों के आधार उपलब्ध हैं, जबकि 45,708 बच्चों के आधार अपडेट किए जाने की आवश्यकता है। इस कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने बताया कि कि जिले के पिछड़े प्रदर्शन में प्रखंड के साथ जिला स्तर से भी सभी प्रभाग के संबंधित अधिकारियों की लापरवाही है जिसे गंभीरता से सुधारने की आवश्यकता है। इस संबंध में डीडीसी ने कहा कि जिन इंडिकेटर्स में जिला पीछे चल रहा है, उन पर प्रखंड स्तर से प्राथमिकता के साथ कार्य हो तथा जिला स्तर से इसकी नियमित समीक्षा की जाए। जो कार्य जिला स्तर से तत्काल किए जा सकते हैं उन्हें जिला तत्काल स्वयं पूर्ण करे तथा सभी इंडिकेटर्स पर निचले स्तर पर सभी को जिला से नियमित सपोर्ट करें । जिला द्वारा प्रखंडों को ग्रीन, येलो और रेड जोन में वर्गीकृत कर सतत मॉनिटरिंग एवं सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

इस बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार, उपस्थिति में वृद्धि तथा सभी प्रमुख शैक्षणिक मानकों में गुमला जिले को बेहतर स्थिति में लाना रहा।
