डीस डॉ अनूप किशोर अपने महिला डॉक्टर से स्पष्टीकरण की मांग की हैं

गुमला : – गुमला सदर अस्पताल के ओपीडी महिलाकक्ष में फिर महिला चिकित्सक हिना कौशल अपने ड्यूटी से लगभग 2 घंटे गायब दिखी। इस बीच दर्जनों मरीज चिकित्सक का इंतजार करते देखी गई। जिले सदर अस्पताल होने के कारण प्रतिदिन जिले के कई प्रखंडों से मरीज सदर अस्पताल में अपना चेकअप कराने के लिए आते है। मगर डॉक्टर के नहीं होने से कई मरीज अपना इलाज नहीं करा पाते हैं, और अंततः मायुस होकर अपने घर वापस लौट के लिए मजबूर हो जाते हैं । लाइन में लगे कई मरीजों ने बताया की लगभग 2 घंटे से यहां पर इंतजार कर रहें हैं मगर अबतक डॉक्टर नहीं आयी है। स्टॉफ बतायी कि कुछ काम से गई हुई है। लौटेगी तो उसके बाद मरीज को देखेगी। सुकरमनी उरांव ने बताया कि एक बजे से डॉक्टर का इंतजार कर रही हूं, डुमरी का बस भी नहीं मिलेगी। ऐसे में घर जाना भी मुश्किल होगा। बाजार के काम व डॉक्टर से दिखाने के लिए यहां पर आएं। मगर अब बिना दिखाएं लौटना पड़ेगा। बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के बनारी गांव के बसंती देवी ने बताया कि दो घंटे से ऊपर हो गया है।
डीएस डॉक्टर अनूप किशोर महिला डॉक्टर डॉक्टर नहीं है। ऐसे में हम गरीबों का ईलाज कैसे होगा। जिसके पास पैसा है। वो तो बाहर दिखा सकताहै, मगर मजदूरी करने वाला कहां दिखाने जाएगा। सदर अस्पताल की व्यवस्था दुरूस्त की जानकारी हुई थी। इसलिए यहां दिखाने आएं थे। डॉ. हिना कौशर से बात करने पर बताया कि वह लंच करने के लिए नया समाहरणालय चांदली के समक्ष अपने एक रिश्तेदार के पास जाती है। और उन्होंने बताया कि 2 घंटे वह ड्यूटी से गायब नहीं थी। मात्र 45 मिनट ही गायब थी। डॉक्टर ने बताया कि मेरा रात्रि ड्यूटी भी था। 1:15 में ओपीडी से निकलकर नया समाहरणालय गई थी और 1:45 बजे ड्यूटी पर आ गई थी। मैं सभी मरीजों को बारीकी से देखती हूं। मेरे ऊपर लगाया गया आरोप निराधार है। डीएस डॉ. अनूपम किशोर ने बताया कि वे डीसी मैडम के यहां बैठक में थे। उन्हें चिकित्सक के नहीं रहने की जानकारी मिली थी।

इसके बाद वे हिना कौशर से स्पष्टीकरण की मांग की है। डॉ. अनूपम ने बताया कि लंच का समय 3 बजे के बाद ओपीडी समाप्त कर जाएं। अस्पताल के विधि व्यवस्था से खिलवाड़ को कतई बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
