उपायुक्त गुमला के कड़े रुख पर शिक्षा विभाग में तेजी से कार्य शुरू

31 जनवरी तक डहर ऐप के माध्यम से शिशु पंजी सर्वे शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण करने का निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के कड़े रुख और त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश पर झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला द्वारा डहर ऐप के अंतर्गत संचालित शिशु पंजी सर्वे को लेकर जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खान ने कार्य में तेजी लाने हेतु सख्त निर्देश जारी किए हैं।

उपायुक्त, गुमला के निर्देशानुसार जिले के सभी सरकारी विद्यालयों में सर्वे कार्य को दिनांक 31 जनवरी 2026 की संध्या तक अनिवार्य रूप से पूर्ण करना है। जिला स्तर पर समीक्षा में पाया गया कि जिले के कुल 1,318 सरकारी विद्यालयों में से 1,035 विद्यालयों द्वारा सर्वे कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। वहीं 54 विद्यालयों में अब तक हाउसहोल्ड टैगिंग कार्य आरंभ नहीं हुआ है तथा 30 विद्यालयों में अबतक सर्वे कार्य प्रारंभ नहीं किए जाने की स्थिति पाई गई है।

जिले के कुल 18,695 लक्षित हाउसहोल्ड में से 17,165 हाउसहोल्ड कवर किए जा चुके हैं, सभी शिक्षकों को शेष कार्य कल तक अनिवार्य रूप से पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

डुमरी प्रखंड ने 100% उपलब्धि प्राप्त कर सर्वे कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया है जबकि रायडीह एवं अल्बर्ट एक्का प्रखंड 95% से अधिक उपलब्धि के साथ लक्ष्य के निकट हैं जबकि चैनपुर, बसिया एवं गुमला में कई विद्यालयों की उपलब्धि अभी 70% से कम है।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक गुमला द्वारा निम्न निर्देश दिए गए हैं

• जिन विद्यालयों में सर्वे कार्य आरंभ नहीं हुआ है, वे आज ही कार्य प्रारंभ करना सुनिश्चित करें।
• जिन विद्यालयों की उपलब्धि 90% से अधिक है, वे आज ही 100% पूर्ण करें।
• जिन विद्यालयों की उपलब्धि 50% से कम है, वे आज की संध्या तक न्यूनतम 70% उपलब्धि सुनिश्चित करें।
• जिले के सभी फंक्शनल सरकारी विद्यालयों में शिशु पंजी सर्वे कार्य 31 जनवरी 2026 तक शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण किया जाए।

इस आदेश में यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया है कि इस कार्य में किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही या उदासीनता स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। कार्य में विफलता की स्थिति में विद्यालय, संकुल एवं प्रखंड स्तर पर व्यक्तिगत जवाबदेही निर्धारित की जाएगी।
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारियों, बीआरपी/सीआरपी, डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर, संकुल समन्वयक एवं प्रधानाध्यापकों को समन्वित प्रयासों से कार्य पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया है।
