आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा के सुचारु एवं कदाचारमुक्त संचालन को लेकर उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने की ज्वाइंट ब्रीफिंग

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय मेंआगामी इंटरमीडिएट एवं मैट्रिक बोर्ड परीक्षा के सुचारु, निष्पक्ष एवं कदाचारमुक्त संचालन को लेकर आज उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मां की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में सभी पुलिस पदाधिकारियों एवं जिला दंडाधिकारियों के साथ ज्वाइंट ब्रीफिंग हेतु बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी पदाधिकारी स्वयं परीक्षा प्रणाली से भली-भांति परिचित हैं, अतः अपनी-अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन पूरी गंभीरता से करें। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि प्रश्नपत्रों का मूवमेंट अत्यंत संवेदनशील विषय है, प्रश्नपत्र परीक्षा केंद्र तक बिना रुके सीधे पहुंचाया जाए। किसी भी आपात स्थिति में संबंधित थाना को तत्काल सूचना दी जाए तथा वाहन में GPS सिस्टम अनिवार्य रूप से सक्रिय रहे। कंट्रोल रूम के लॉग में भी यह अंकित कराया जाए कि प्रश्नपत्र बिना रुके केंद्र तक पहुंचाए गए हैं।
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों पर CCTV, वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग, COTPA अधिनियम का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए तथा झारखंड परीक्षा संचालन अधिनियम, 2001 से संबंधित पोस्टर प्रदर्शित किए जाएं। स्ट्रांग रूम की व्यवस्था निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप हो, जिसपर वरीय पदाधिकारी (डीडीसी) की निगरानी रहेगी। फायर फाइटिंग सिस्टम क्रियाशील रखा जाए तथा पुलिस बल की 24 घंटे तैनाती सुनिश्चित की जाए। प्रश्नपत्र परीक्षा प्रारंभ से आधा घंटा पूर्व ही खोले जाएंगे। किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही, कदाचार या प्रश्नपत्र लीक की स्थिति में संबंधित के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई एवं प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जाएगी। फ्लाइंग स्क्वायड द्वारा वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग अनिवार्य होगी। प्रत्येक नगदी/संवेदनशील बिंदु पर पुलिस पदाधिकारी की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जाए। सोशल मीडिया की सतत मॉनिटरिंग कर किसी भी भ्रामक सूचना का त्वरित खंडन किया जाए तथा प्रत्येक सूचना कंट्रोल रूम को दी जाए। बेंच-डेस्क एवं प्राथमिक सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता पर भी विशेष ध्यान रखने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने सभी पुलिस एवं जिला दंडाधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए परीक्षा के सभी नियमों को गंभीरता से पालन करने एवं सुचारू रूप से परिक्षा के सफल आयोजन हेतु कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।

पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मां ने कहा कि परीक्षा दिवस पर अधिकृत पदाधिकारी सभी दस्तावेजों की जांच करेंगे। ट्रेजरी से केंद्र तक प्रश्नपत्र ले जाने के दौरान वीडियो साक्ष्य सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा तथा केंद्र पहुंचने पर केंद्राधीक्षक को विधिवत सौंपा जाएगा। विद्यार्थियों के लिए बैग, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट, मोबाइल फोन आदि प्रतिबंधित रहेंगे; प्रवेश द्वार पर सघन जांच की जाए और चिट्स/अनुचित सामग्री पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी जाए। केंद्र के भीतर कार्यशील CCTV कैमरे हों, जिनकी लाइव फीड कंट्रोल रूम में उपलब्ध रहे। प्रखंड स्तर पर उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के स्ट्रांग रूम सहित शौचालयों पर भी सतर्क निगरानी रखी जाए, ताकि वहां किसी प्रकार की चीटिंग न हो। परिवहन व्यवस्था की पूर्व जांच कर वाहन की फिटनेस सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा परीक्षा दिवस पर विलंब से बचने हेतु यातायात प्रबंधन सुदृढ़ रखा जाए।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको ने जानकारी दी कि इस वर्ष जिले में कुल 57 परीक्षा केंद्रों पर इंटरमीडिएट एवं मैट्रिक की परीक्षा आयोजित की जानी है। इसमें 8014 विद्यार्थी इंटरमीडिएट तथा 13852 विद्यार्थी मैट्रिक परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होंगे। परीक्षा की प्रथम पाली प्रातः 9:45 बजे से 1:00 बजे तक एवं द्वितीय पाली दोपहर 2:00 बजे से 5:15 बजे तक निर्धारित है।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (सदर/चैनपुर/बसिया), जिला भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, एसडीपीओ गुमला, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पुलिस पदाधिकारी, प्रशासनिक दंडाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
