उप विकास आयुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी विभिन्न समस्याओं को लेकर उप विकास आयुक्त से प्रत्यक्ष मुलाकात की।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान नागरिकों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना गया तथा उनके त्वरित एवं प्रभावी निवारण हेतु संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। इस दौरान राशन कार्ड, पेंशन, आवास, आधार कार्ड, आयुष्मान कार्ड, सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल, भूमि विवाद सहित अन्य जनहित से जुड़े कई मामलों पर सुनवाई की गई।

जनता दरबार में पुनम देवी पति राजु साव, ग्राम देवरस नगर टोटो, थाना गुमला, जिला गुमला आवेदिका द्वारा बतायी कि मेरे पति गंभीर बिमारी से ग्रासित है मेरे दो पुत्री है जिनकी पढ़ाई कराने में कठिनाई हो रही है आवेदिका द्वारा कस्तूबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय में नामांकन कराने हेतु आवेदन दिया गया। उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा आवेदन पत्र को जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी गुमला को आवष्यक कर्रवाई हेतु अग्रसारित किया गया।

साथ ही धर्मेन्द्र साहु, ग्राम हेठंआदर घाघरा (आदर), थाना घाघरा, जिला गुमला, आवेदन समर्पित कर बताया कि मैं दिव्यांग षिक्षक राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय पोढ़ा (घाघरा) में सहायक आचार्य के पद पर कार्यरत हॅॅू। घर से विद्यालय की दूरी एवं मुख्य पथ से हट होने के कारण विद्यालय आने जाने में कठिनाई होती है आवेदक द्वारा स्थानांतराण कराने हेतु आवेदन दिया गया। उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा आवेदन पत्र को संबंधित अधिकारी को कर्रवाई हेतु अग्रसारित किया गया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के माध्यम से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित करने की प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई गई। उप विकास आयुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों का निष्पादन पारदर्शिता एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ किया जाए।
