गुमला : – गुमला जिले के चयनित कृषक ग्रेटर नोएडा स्थित उद्यानिकी प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान में उद्यानिकी से संबंधित विशेष प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत कृषकों को मशरूम उत्पादन, कलमी सब्जियों की खेती तथा फलदार पौधों की उन्नत एवं आधुनिक तकनीकों की जानकारी सरल एवं व्यवहारिक भाषा में प्रदान की जा रही है।

प्रशिक्षण का प्रमुख उद्देश्य कृषकों को नवीन एवं वैज्ञानिक कृषि तकनीकों से परिचित कराना, उनकी कृषि दक्षता में वृद्धि करना तथा खेतों में उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ अधिक उत्पादन सुनिश्चित करना है। इस प्रशिक्षण से कृषकों की आय में वृद्धि की संभावना है।

प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के सफल एवं सुचारू संचालन हेतु जिला प्रशासन तथा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र के अधिकारी कृषकों के साथ निरंतर संपर्क बनाए रखे हुए हैं, जिससे कृषकों को प्रशिक्षण के दौरान आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन एवं सहयोग प्राप्त हो रहा है।
