गुमला मंडल कारा में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग का निरीक्षण, खाद्य पदार्थों के नमूने जांच हेतु लैब भेजे गए और साथ ही मीट दुकानदारो एवं चिकन दुकानदारो को सख्त हिदायत दी गई

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन एवं जनस्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा गुमला मंडल कारा में सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया। यह कार्रवाई अभिहित अधिकारी – सह- अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी, गुमला के नेतृत्व में संपन्न हुई।
निरीक्षण के दौरान कारा परिसर के किचन की साफ़-सफ़ाई तथा उपयोग किए जा रहे विभिन्न खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता की बारीकी से जांच की गई। इस क्रम में गुड़, आटा, चाय पत्ती, मसूर दाल, मिक्स अचार एवं हींग के नमूने संग्रहित कर विधिवत जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला (लैब) भेजे गए, ताकि खाद्य पदार्थों की शुद्धता एवं गुणवत्ता की पुष्टि की जा सके।
इसी क्रम में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी एवं गुमला नगर परिषद के संयुक्त नेतृत्व में शहर के मटन एवं चिकन प्रतिष्ठानों के साथ एक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक के दौरान बिना अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (NOC) के खुले में मटन एवं चिकन की बिक्री करने वाले दुकानदारों को सख्त निर्देश दिया गया कि वे नियमों का पालन करते हुए निर्धारित स्थल पर ही बिक्री करें तथा आवश्यक दस्तावेज और स्वच्छता मानकों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें।
खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं स्वच्छता मानकों की अनदेखी करने पर संबंधित प्रतिष्ठानों के विरुद्ध विधि-सम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। विभाग द्वारा ऐसे निरीक्षण एवं जागरूकता अभियान आगे भी निरंतर जारी रखने की बात कही गई है, ताकि आमजन के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सकें l
