उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल से आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में ‘हैबिट चेंज अभियान’ का दूसरा चरण जारी

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के समस्त नन्हे बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा एवं सर्वांगीण विकास को लेकर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल से आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में हैबिट चेंज अभियान निरंतर संचालित किया जा रहा है। इस अभियान का मूल उद्देश्य बच्चों एवं अभिभावकों की रोजमर्रा की आदतों में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाकर सुरक्षित एवं स्वस्थ बचपन की मजबूत नींव रखना है।
उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में स्वच्छता, साफ-सफाई, हाथ धोने की आदत, व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता, सुरक्षित भोजन एवं स्वास्थ्यकर दिनचर्या को व्यवहार में लाने पर विशेष बल दिया जा रहा है। यह माना गया है कि आदतों में सुधार से ही बच्चों को कई गंभीर बीमारियों से बचाया जा सकता है और उनका शारीरिक व मानसिक विकास बेहतर रूप से संभव हो पाता है।
हैबिट चेंज अभियान के पहले चरण की सफलता के पश्चात इसका दूसरा चरण जनवरी माह के अंतिम सप्ताह से जारी है, जो 15 फरवरी तक चलाई जाएगी। लगभग 15 दिनों तक चलने वाले इस अभियान में प्रतिदिन LS, CDPO एवं समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी द्वारा एक-एक आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र का भ्रमण कर केंद्र की स्वच्छता, बच्चों की आदतों में बदलाव तथा अभिभावकों की सहभागिता की स्वयं मॉनिटरिंग की जा रही है। बच्चों के साथ संवाद, व्यवहारिक गतिविधियाँ एवं अभिभावकों को परामर्श के माध्यम से स्वस्थ आदतों को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है।
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि स्वस्थ बचपन हर बच्चे का अधिकार है, अतः बच्चों में स्वच्छता एवं स्वास्थ्यकर आदतों का विकास तभी संभव है, जब घर और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र दोनों स्तरों पर समान रूप से प्रयास किए जाएँ।
इस क्रम में उपायुक्त ने सभी अभिभावकों से संवेदनशील अपील की है कि वे अपने बच्चों की सुरक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य को प्राथमिकता देते हुए घर में साफ-सफाई रखें, स्वच्छ आदतें अपनाएँ एवं बच्चों को भी नियमित रूप से अच्छी आदतों के लिए प्रेरित करें। आपकी छोटी-सी पहल आपके बच्चे को स्वस्थ्य, सुरक्षित और उज्ज्वल भविष्य की ओर ले जा सकती है।
