आदि फूल सुपोषित अभियान के तहत अति गंभीर कुपोषित बच्चों की पहचान, निगरानी एवं उपचार की प्रक्रिया सतत जारी

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के पहल से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा बच्चों को कुपोषण से मुक्त कर स्वस्थ एवं सशक्त भविष्य की दिशा में निरंतर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में आदि फूल सुपोषित अभियान के अंतर्गत जिले में चिन्हित 2,95 अति गंभीर कुपोषित (SAM) बच्चों के घर-घर जाकर नियमित निगरानी की जा रही है।
जिला पोषण नियंत्रण इकाई द्वारा इन बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य, पोषण स्तर, वृद्धि, आहार, देखभाल एवं चिकित्सकीय आवश्यकताओं पर लगातार नज़र रखी जा रही है। आवश्यकता अनुसार बच्चों को पोषण परामर्श, उपचारात्मक सहायता, पोषण कीट का वितरण, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से जोड़ने एवं समय-समय पर फॉलोअप सुनिश्चित करने की कार्यवाही की जा रही है, ताकि कुपोषण की स्थिति से बच्चों को सुरक्षित रूप से बाहर लाया जा सके।
इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य है कि कोई भी बच्चा कुपोषण के कारण अपने शारीरिक एवं मानसिक विकास से वंचित न रहे। इस अभियान के माध्यम से विशेषकर जनजातीय एवं संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले बच्चों पर फोकस करते हुए समन्वित प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। आदि फूल सुपोषित अभियान के तहत यह कार्य निरंतर जारी है और आगे भी पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ संचालित किया जाएगा।

जिले के नागरिकों,स्वयं सहायता समूहों, कार्यकर्ताओं से अपील है कि यदि आपके आसपास कोई ऐसा अति गंभीर कुपोषित बच्चा है, जिसकी जानकारी अभी तक प्रशासन के संज्ञान में नहीं आई है, तो उसकी सूचना जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग, महिला पर्यवेक्षिकाओं अथवा सीडीपीओ या उपायुक्त, गुमला से भी सीधे संपर्क कर उनके आधिकारिक नंबर पर सूचना दें, इस पर त्वरित कारवाई की जाएगी। आपकी एक जागरूक पहल किसी मासूम बच्चे के जीवन को नई दिशा देने में सहायक हो सकती है।
स्वस्थ बचपन से ही स्वस्थ एवं सशक्त समाज का निर्माण संभव है।
