आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं के सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में जिला प्रशासन की पहल

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिले में आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं की क्षमता संवर्धन की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल की गई है। इसके अंतर्गत जिले के 5,00 आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं को प्रारंभिक बाल देखभाल एवं शिक्षा (ईसीसीई) के क्षेत्र में सशक्त बनाने हेतु प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम को प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है।
जिला स्तरीय चयन समिति, गुमला के अनुमोदन के आलोक में, ( Vikramshila Education Resource Society, ) कोलकाता के माध्यम से यह प्रशिक्षण संचालित किया जा रहा है। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान सेविकाओं को नन्हें कदम पुस्तक एवं आवश्यक शिक्षण सामग्री (टीएलएम) भी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।
यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम कुल 12 बैचों में आयोजित किया जा रहा है, जिसकी शुरुआत 5 फरवरी से हो चुकी है। प्रशिक्षण 18 मार्च तक जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में निर्धारित तिथियों के अनुसार चरणबद्ध रूप से संपन्न कराया जाएगा। प्रत्येक बैच में तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया जा रहा है।
इस पहल का उद्देश्य आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं को बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास से जुड़े आधुनिक, व्यवहारिक एवं संवेदनशील दृष्टिकोण से प्रशिक्षित करना है, ताकि जिले के नन्हे बच्चों को बेहतर देखभाल, पोषण और सीखने का अनुकूल वातावरण मिल सके।
योजना के कार्यान्वयन में पूर्ण पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की जा रही है। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं की दक्षता एवं आत्मविश्वास में वृद्धि करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। जिसका सीधा लाभ जिले के बच्चों एवं उनके परिवारों को प्राप्त होगा।
