गुमला में सदर अस्पताल का निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज शुक्रवार को जिला लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, गुमला विद्या भूषण द्वारा सदर अस्पताल, गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में रोगी भर्ती वार्ड, आपातकालीन वार्ड, ओपीडी, दवा वितरण कक्ष, किचन रूम सहित विभिन्न विभागों का अवलोकन किया गया। साथ ही भर्ती मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों से संवाद स्थापित कर उपलब्ध स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के संबंध में फीडबैक प्राप्त किया गया, जिसमें मरीजों एवं परिजनों द्वारा सेवाओं के प्रति संतोष व्यक्त किया गया।
प्रसव सेवाओं के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई कि अपराह्न 4:30 बजे तक 16 सामान्य प्रसव एवं 01 सिजेरियन (सी-सेक्शन) प्रसव सफलतापूर्वक कराया गया है। सभी प्रसव उपरांत माताओं को चिकित्सकीय निगरानी में रखा गया है।
निरीक्षण के दौरान सर्जिकल वार्ड में 24, जनरल वार्ड में 127, पुरुष वार्ड में 31, महिला वार्ड में 16 तथा बच्चों के वार्ड में 16 मरीज भर्ती पाए गए। ओपीडी में कुल 580 मरीजों का निबंधन किया गया एवं 13 आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत किए गए।
जानकारी दी गई कि भर्ती एवं बाह्य रोगियों को यथासंभव उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है तथा आवश्यकता अनुसार गंभीर मरीजों को बेहतर इलाज हेतु अन्यत्र रेफर किया जाता है। कुल 81 मरीजों को विभिन्न प्रखंडों से सदर अस्पताल लाने-ले जाने हेतु एम्बुलेंस सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई।
एनआरसी केंद्र में कुल 18 मरीज भर्ती पाए गए, जिन्हें पौष्टिक आहार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। किचन के निरीक्षण के दौरान साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए तथा मरीजों को सामान्य भोजन उपलब्ध कराए जाने की जानकारी दी गई।
दवा वितरण कक्ष के निरीक्षण में वर्तमान में अस्पताल में 625 प्रकार की दवाएं उपलब्ध पाई गईं, जबकि जन औषधि केंद्र बंद पाया गया। रेडियोलॉजी विभाग में कुल 35 मरीजों का एक्स-रे एवं 15 मरीजों का सीटी स्कैन किया गया।
पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने हेतु उपस्थिति पंजी का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अनुपस्थित पाए गए कर्मियों से कारण पृच्छा करने का निर्देश दिया गया। आकस्मिक उपस्थिति पंजी संधारित पाया गया।
सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के तहत अस्पताल परिसर में कुल 46 सीसीटीवी कैमरे कार्यरत पाए गए तथा किसी भी प्रकार का शैडो एरिया नहीं पाया गया। अस्पताल परिसर को स्वच्छ, सुव्यवस्थित एवं बदबू रहित बनाए रखने हेतु संबंधित को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
