गुमला : – गुमला विकलांग नाबालिक लडकी से बलात्कार के आरोपी को फांसी की सजा व्यवहार न्यायालय गुमला के अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश – 4 ( पॉस्को ) संजय भाटिया के न्यायालय में हजारीबाग जिला के इचाक थाना स्थित कुटुम सुखारी ग्राम निवासी संजय विश्वकर्मा ( 49 ) को फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई
** गुमला के अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश – 4 (पोस्को ) संजीव भाटिया कि न्यायालय ने आरोपी संजय विश्वकर्मा ( 49 ) को फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई
** आरोपी हजारीबाग जिला के इचाक थाना क्षेत्र के कुटुम सुखरी ग्राम का निवासी है
** पीड़िता 13 वर्षीय नाबालिक लड़की थी
** संजय विश्वकर्मा ने उसके माता-पिता को कहा था कि पूजा-पाठ करने से बेटी की विकलांगता ठीक हो जायेगी.
** आरोपी ने पूजा पाट करने के बहाने उक्त नाबालिक लड़की के साथ कई दिनों तक लगातार गलत काम करता रहा
** फलस्वरुप उक्त नाबालिक लड़की गर्भवती हो गई और बाद में गर्भपात करना पड़ा
