गुमला-रांची मार्ग पर DTO का चला चाबुक: नागफेनी में सघन जांच, ₹1.82 लाख का जुर्माना, ‘फटफटिया’ साइलेंसर और ओवरलोडिंग पर बड़ी कार्रवाई

गुमला : – गुमला – रांची नेशनल हाईवे 23 पर , जिला में सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ाने वालों के खिलाफ प्रशासन ने अब आर-पार के मूड में कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है, उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आज सोमवार को जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने गुमला – रांची मुख्य मार्ग पर स्थित नागफेनी ग्राम के समक्ष एक व्यापक वाहन जाँच अभियान चलाया गया।
उक्त सघन अभियान में कुल *₹1,82,000 (एक लाख बयासी* *हजार रुपये)* का भारी-भरकम जुर्माना वसूला गया, जिसमे नियम तोड़ने वाले चालकों में हड़कंप मचा दिया।

*’फटफटिया’ बाइकर्स पर गिरी गाज: साइलेंसर निकलवाकर ,,,,, वसूला जुर्माना*

आज की जाँच का सबसे प्रमुख आकर्षण उन मनचले बाइक चालकों पर कार्रवाई हुई , जिन्होंने अपनी *मोटरसाइकिलों के साइलेंसर को मॉडिफाई करवा रखा था।*
*कानफोड़ू आवाज पर रोक: ऐसी बाइक्स जो ‘फट-फट’ की तेज आवाज या कानफोड़ू ध्वनि प्रदूषण (Blast sound) कर रही थीं, उन्हें तुरंत रोका गया।*

*और ऑन- द – स्पॉट एक्शन: DTO ने न केवल इन बाइकों पर जुर्माना लगाया, बल्कि मौके पर ही मैकेनिक को बुलाकर या खुद टीम की मदद से उन मॉडिफाइड साइलेंसरों को गाड़ी से निकलवा दिया।*

*अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि कंपनी फिटेड साइलेंसर के साथ छेड़छाड़ कर ध्वनि प्रदूषण फैलाना और दहशत का माहौल बनाना अब गुमला जिले की सड़कों पर बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।*

*ओवरलोडिंग पर कड़ा प्रहार*
जांच अभियान के दायरे में बड़ी *गाड़ियां और मालवाहक वाहन भी रहे।*
*क्षमता से अधिक माल लोड* *(Overloading) करके चलने वाले हाईवा और ट्रकों पर भारी जुर्माना लगाया गया।*

*DTO ने चालकों को सख्त चेतावनी दी कि ओवरलोडिंग से न केवल सड़कें टूटती हैं, बल्कि यह बड़ी दुर्घटनाओं का मुख्य कारण भी है।*

*हेलमेट और दस्तावेजों की अनिवार्यता*

*अभियान के दौरान दोपहिया वाहनों की भी बारीकी से जाँच की गई। बिना हेलमेट वाहन चलाने वालों पर कार्रवाई* करते हुए डीटीओ ने कहा, “जिले में हर दिन सड़क हादसों में होने वाली मौतों का मुख्य कारण सुरक्षा मानकों, विशेषकर हेलमेट का उपयोग न करना है। लोग अपनी सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर नहीं हैं, इसलिए सख्ती जरूरी है।”
*इसके अलावा, वाहनों के दस्तावेजों (लाइसेंस, परमिट, बीमा, फिटनेस) की भी जाँच की गई। नंबर प्लेट छुपाकर चलने वाले और एक्स्ट्रा LED लाइट लगाने वाले वाहन भी रडार पर रहे।*

*आज की जाँच में बिना हेलमेट के दोपहिया चालकों और बिना सीट बेल्ट (Seat Belt) के चार पहिया वाहन चालकों पर समान रूप से सख्ती बरती गई।*

*DTO का संदेश: “दुर्घटना और बाद की परेशानी, दोनों से बचें”*
*जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने जाँच के उद्देश्य को स्पष्ट करते हुए एक महत्वपूर्ण संदेश दिया:*

“जाँच अभियान का मकसद सिर्फ चालान काटना नहीं है। हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट आपको दुर्घटना में जान जाने से बचाते हैं, जबकि आपके पास मौजूद पर्याप्त दस्तावेज (बीमा, परमिट आदि) दुर्घटना के बाद होने वाली कानूनी और आर्थिक परेशानियों से आपके परिवार को बचाते हैं।”
