नीति आयोग अंतर्गत आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के विकास कार्यों की उपायुक्त द्वारा गहन समीक्षा

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में नीति आयोग के आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी में संचालित विभिन्न विभागीय योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा हेतु समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में ADP (Aspirational District Programme) एवं ABP (Aspirational Block Programme) के अंतर्गत नीति आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित प्रमुख संकेतकों के आधार पर विकास कार्यों की बिंदुवार समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों से अद्यतन प्रगति प्रतिवेदन प्राप्त कर लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति की स्थिति की विस्तार से समीक्षा की तथा आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य संकेतकों पर विशेष ध्यान देने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने गर्भवती महिलाओं को पौष्टिक आहार, समय पर ANC-1 एवं ANC-4 जांच तथा शत-प्रतिशत संस्थागत प्रसव सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। साथ ही कम वजन वाले नवजात शिशुओं की पहचान एवं समुचित प्रबंधन, पूर्ण टीकाकरण, टीबी उन्मूलन अभियान तथा सिकल सेल एनीमिया की शत-प्रतिशत जांच एवं उपचार को प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दिए।

शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान विद्यालयों में शौचालय, पेयजल, जलमीनार एवं विद्युत आपूर्ति जैसी आधारभूत सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ करने हेतु ठोस कदम उठाने को कहा गया। उपायुक्त ने सभी विद्यालयों एवं आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में स्वच्छ पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता सुविधाओं को दुरुस्त रखने पर बल दिया। फाउंडेशनल लर्निंग को प्राथमिकता देते हुए शिक्षकों को नवाचारी शिक्षण पद्धतियाँ अपनाने एवं बच्चों के अधिगम स्तर में सुधार हेतु सशक्त प्रयास करने के निर्देश दिए।

एलडीएम/बैंक प्रबंधन को बीसी (Banking Correspondent) के माध्यम से अधिकाधिक महिलाओं के बैंक खाते खोलने की दिशा में कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि वित्तीय समावेशन को बढ़ावा मिल सके। पशुपालन विभाग को पशुओं के नियमित टीकाकरण, पशु बीमा योजनाओं के प्रचार-प्रसार एवं पशुपालकों को बेहतर सेवाएँ उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए।

उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को अपने-अपने विभागीय कार्यों की अद्यतन जानकारी MIS पोर्टल पर अनिवार्य रूप से अपलोड करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने डाटा की गुणवत्ता, समयबद्ध अद्यतन एवं नियमित मॉनिटरिंग पर विशेष ध्यान देने की बात कही, ताकि नीति आयोग को सटीक एवं समय पर सूचना उपलब्ध कराई जा सके।
बैठक में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि डुमरी प्रखंड को एक आदर्श आकांक्षी प्रखंड बनाने के लिए सभी विभागों को समन्वित, योजनाबद्ध एवं परिणामोन्मुख कार्यशैली अपनानी होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या शिथिलता स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी तथा प्रत्येक विभाग को निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की शत-प्रतिशत प्राप्ति सुनिश्चित करनी होगी।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महतो, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी डुमरी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, एलडीएम गुमला, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, कृषि विभाग सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
